How do i get the burn skars awakening? Im a pve user and it looked nice also how do i get v2 too?

I'm getting a LOT of mixed messages Abt this title. Some people are saying it's worth only a domain. Others say it's worth 5 domains and 5 max scrolls. Can someone please just give me a straight forward value for it so I know ahead of time?
