Early jumpstyle- 90's jumpstyle tracks recommendations?

I'm looking into different genres of hard dance music and finding out where they came from. I'd love to hear any recommendations for late 90's numpstyle tracks, especially from anyone who wa jumping then as unlikely as it would be to find that on reddit.

Separately, any recommendations for "proto jumpstyle" (I know that isn't an actual genre) as well? As in electronic music before the advent of jumpstyle that has any kind of notable influence on the genre?

Tips on how to start learning jumpstyle

I have always admired those who did jumpstyle, i wanted to move just like them. to all those experienced jumpers out their i was looking for your advice on how to start (as someone who is not very athletic). is their any resources or online videos that could help? or what are the basics i should practice first?
