I'm a beginner, how can I improve?
I've always wanted to learn how to do jumpstyle but I have absolutely no experience with dancing and my stamina sucks-
The first day, I practiced for one hour, but all of my attempts was pure slop and my legs just hurt so bad, I walked like a zombie for several days 😭
How are people able to use so much energy and not get tired after a few jumps??? PLEASEEE I NEED TO KNOW!!
