Need a good 5g Data company

I need a good 5g data company that has reliable service almost everywhere. I have EE right now and it’s the biggest problem and makes the just eat experience, which is already horrific, even worse.

And to top it all off EE have increased the price from 30£ pm to 38 pm…

Please let me know of any good companies with good service.

Thanks

What can I do?

I've become victim to just eat 🙄

Ordered myself a KFC tonight, wanting to try their new garlic Parmesan range. The order arrives, I open to eat it and it's wrong. Just 4 random pieces of chicken and a load of chips thrown in the box with some coleslaw.

I immediately try to call the courier, no answer. I try to call the restaurant, no answer. Can't find a phone number anywhere for just eat but manage to find a way to talk to them online. Almost convinced it wasn't a real person, for starters they kept calling me by my sir name and just sending copy and pasted replies that were irrelevant to my previous message.

Eventually it comes down to "we can't offer you a refund" I stated I don't even want a refund I want the food I actually paid for. Followed by another "no refund" message and they closed the chat.

So what is a girl to do?? I spent £20 including delivery fees, whatever I have here isn't even worth that.

Ordered £20 worth of items received incorrect order worth £10… this is what the team had to say

Placed a £20 order for two at McDonald’s as they had a coupon code for £10 off £15. Ended up getting someone else’s order of just chicken nuggets and a McFlurry and the representative on the chat just ended our conversation not allowing us to message back prompting us to email instead. When I emailed, this is the email I get… make it make sense 😭

Is anyone actually managing to grab open runs anymore?

Trying to lock down shifts this week has been a nightmare. Feels like the second an open run appears on the app, it disappears almost instantly. Genuinely curious how people are managing it now. Are some riders using auto-clickers or similar tools, or do you basically have to sit there refreshing constantly and hope for the best? How’s everyone getting their hours in lately?

Just eat is a shambles.

Just ordered from my local Chinese, order said delivered after 30 mins usually takes an hour on a Saturday Night. I’ve got CCTV and can prove there’s been no deliveries. To top it off there is no longer a “get help” feature. it just tells me to “wait” for something that already claims to have been delivered.

Just quit maybe?

Seriously...

You see the horror stories, you know Just Eat treats it's customers like shit, you know what to expect yet every single time you guys seem surprised to confirm yet again that Just Eat is shit.

Dod the world run out of alternatives? You got local restaurants with their own delivery, you got uber eats, you got deliveroo, other local apps...

I don't think I've ever used Just Eat in my whole life and my life is fine.

Is JustEat+ actually gone?

We usually use my Step-Mum's account to order food since it has JustEat+ but have been having issues recently with orders getting cancelled so thought I'd setup my own account but cant find JustEat+ anywhere. Read a few comments here and on the web saying its been shut down but I go back to my Step-Mum's account and her account still has options to extend her JustEat+ subscription leaving me really confused.

Is it worth it?

I’m currently 19 years old about to get a car (UK based). I’m struggling to find work atm so I’m considering delivery driving as a side gig for the time being. I’m wondering if it’s actually worth doing, with fuel being so expensive and the extra insurance costs (I don’t qualify for pay as you go insurance eg zego as I’m not old enough). So can anyone currently doing this in a similar position to me offer some advice?

DOB ISSUE ON ANDROID

Anyone facing the DOB issue on Android? The DOB toggle is not clickable for a week now. So you cant put the customer's DOB to complete the delivery. Yesterday they sent a notification saying they have fixed the issue with an update but their was nothing on playstore.

How stupid is this app?

Got 3 orders through whilst driving, doing a tesco order. I’m not sure about anyone else but it doesn’t show orders for me when I’m on a tesco (works for every other place) and then they have the cheek to pause my orders and send this, twice!

Was given inedible food

Am I being unreasonable here or is this completely unfair from Just Eat?

I ordered food and the gammon I received was literally raw/undercooked. The vegetables also looked old/discoloured. I took photos because I genuinely didn’t feel safe eating it and ended up throwing the meal away.

I contacted Just Eat support straight away and the FIRST agent actually told me I was eligible for a refund and was about to process it. Unfortunately my WiFi disconnected mid-chat before it went through.

When I reconnected, another agent/team leader suddenly refused to refund me saying they had “reviewed my claim history”. Apparently because I’ve complained before (when items were missing/wrong etc.) they now won’t refund me at all.

That makes no sense to me because if restaurants send missing items or unsafe food, obviously customers are going to complain? How does that suddenly make future complaints invalid?

The most frustrating part is that they barely let me respond before closing chats, and now they’re completely ignoring the fact the food was unsafe and that another agent already confirmed I qualified for a refund.

I’ve got photo evidence of the raw food too.

Has anyone else dealt with this? Is there any way to escalate this properly? Would you eat this meal?
