Treasure Quest

Treasure Quest

How much is the treasure usually for the treasure quest? It’s taking me longer than expected to get these keys, so I’m not going to keep doing it if it’s like 50 cents 😅.

Alsoooo, why does this company “Gimica” have the LONGEST ads known to man??! The Mr. Beast one is the worst! It’s over a minute of regular ad, then his face with a 2 minute countdown! This company also interrupts game play with these freaking ads, I’ve never had a company do that, but this one does it with all their games. I’m about to delete just play because all their games are through this horrible Gimica company.

it ain't much but it's honest work

I started May 1st! I'm definitely surprised that it's paid out the way it has.

Update:
First of all, I'm definitely a real person. I'm 30yo in Kansas USA and in no way affiliated with JustPlay. I had been seeing ads for it on other get paid to play platforms like Freecash and decided to try it. It beat Eureka and doing survey after survey.

I have iOS, specifically a 16 Pro Max on AT&T. I usually play on WiFi. The hours I play from are from 10:30-7:30pm. I play idly while I work, so I usually let the ads play all the way through (or at least halfway). It's easy to do since I'm usually multitasking anyway. The ad may play and I ignore it while I'm on the phone. I complete the daily challenges everyday. If I get asked to boost my earnings, I do it maybe 50% of the time? If I'm more busy with a customer or stuck on a level, I may do it more often.

Usually I get pretty close to finishing the daily challenge while I'm still working, but might play a little later to finish up and get the bonus. My coin bar always fills up, most of the time it is in surplus of whatever amount that it says I need to maximize rewards. (Like 500,000 out of 240,000 or something. I have hit 1mil+ a few times.)

I occasionally do the bonus treasure hunt but only if it's games I enjoy or find easy to play. I did it once but I felt like it was a lot of work for like $8. I may do the additional secret challenges if my payout was lower or if they are also easier or games I like. Usually I get $5-$8 for the daily challenges, then about $2 for the secret challenges.

I like Merge Blast, Ball vs. Blocks, Treasure Masters, and Threadform most. I may watch extra ads for additional boosters in games I don't like as much, like the bubble game and that stupid word kitchen game.

Anyway, hope this helps. This is just what I do and it's worked so far. I don't know why my account would be chosen for extra payouts but I guess it's possible?? This is also the first month I've done it, so maybe the payouts will be reduced over time. I'm not sure. I wouldn't say I have a particular strategy, just doing the daily challenges.

I have some questions about JustPlay.

I have been using the JustPlay app since 2023 and playing Treasure Master to earn nice, simple money, and I have some questions.

First question: How many loyalty coins to get $1.00?

I hear it could be 1000,000 million loyalty coins? But I'm not sure that is true.

Second question: After knowing how many loyalty coins I need, how long do I spend playing a game like Treasure Master?

1 hour, half hour, what time should I spend playing Treasure Master?

Third question: I also watch ads in Treasure Master to earn more cents. How many ads should I watch?

Offerwall Conversion is Up

Something positive for a change...about time.

I combined 2 offerwall tasks and ended up with roughly 1 million coins. They converted to $1.64 which is much higher than I was expecting. I don't know if this is temporary so might want to prioritize the offerwall for a bit.

I also noticed TapJoy has modified some of the offers, and some offers aren't available anymore. So maybe this is partly the reason for the increase?

They changed my challenge times! 😭😭😭

As long as I've had the app my challenge refresh times have been 2/3am & 5/6pm depending on DST. Today they apparently switched them so both refresh at 3am & 3pm. I went in to collect my 15 keys from the daytime challenges, thinking I had over 2 hours, but it's already refreshed. I would've finished my 70 this evening if I hadn't missed those 15. 😔

About an hour 1/2 + challenges

40p for sitting and playing games for an hour is still good! Not sure why people expect any more than it (: it won’t get you anywhere but it’s definitely worth it when you’ve got downtime, it adds up!

Did the amount people get for challenges go down for anyone else?

I used to get between 50 cents and even up to like $1.50 (though that was a lot less often) when watching 10 ads per game. This is what I just got for 15 ads for most of the games and this new thing where watching an ad when collecting the reward gives me a 20% bonus

And to clarify, getting less started over a week ago for me for the record

I finally finished version 1.04 of my first larger game made with raylib + C++.

It's a fast-paced arcade game where you dodge enemies, collect powerups, survive boss fights, and unlock higher levels.

Features:

  • Boss fight system with projectile attacks
  • Multiple enemy types
  • Powerups (shield, speed boost, double points, extra life)
  • Level progression + save system
  • Gamepad support
  • Audio + UI system
  • Dynamic difficulty scaling
  • State-based game flow (menu, pause, countdown, bossfight, game over, etc.)

The whole project was built from scratch in C++ using raylib.

Working on this taught me a lot about:

  • game loops
  • collision systems
  • entity/state management
  • timers
  • balancing difficulty
  • organizing a larger codebase

Big thanks to u/leifbron for helping me normalize the player movement vector properly — movement feels much better now.

Some parts are definitely still messy, but finishing a complete playable project feels great.

Would love feedback from other raylib devs.

Made $13.45 today

I forgot to take the cash out pic for tonight, but my payment was lower than usual because the WiFi kept going out for some reason so I kept switching between WiFi and data and got distracted doing other stuff, talking to people so I didn't watch as many ads as usual.

But yeah.

9.72 for AM

And 3.73 for PM

Also I'm only a few cards away for that 20🙏🏼

Is it just me?

I am getting ads every 10/15 seconds while playing games on just play. It’s so annoying. Anyone else have a comment on this????????????

When does the games lineup in the carousel change?

There are certain games I don't like or don't seem to find fun, let's just say that. 😭 and sadly, that's 3 or 4 out of 5 games right now and it's been that way for a few days lol.

I also don't wanna have to install more games on my phone because I have a good bit of JP games already. (ones that I find fun anyway)

(kinda new to the carousel)

JustPlay Merch

Nah but imagine...

Borrowed the shirt image from this website.

Fair reminder, this post is NOT a jab at JustPlay (but rather, some popular quotes). and I mainly wanted to do this gag post maybe a month ago but kept forgetting I had it in my files. I feel like posting it now would be bad but meh... I don't care about anything at this point. and for those who don't know me, I occasionally do gag posts like these lol. (the sub actually needs it...)

Easy offer wall game

Thi game takes around a few hours and is good olongside your challenges and such, so far I've earned £3 from it. There are 90 levels in total and each one takes about a minute to complete.

Not sure if it's available in other countries but I'm in the UK.

Take a guess...

I see quite a few people do these posts now so I figured... why not. (28 minutes left, as of writing)

I don't really expect more than 60 cents maybe, but its my average per run.
