Forensic Audio Deep Dive Into Sea Tow Phone Call
Interesting observations about what was actually happening in the phone conversation.

Interesting observations about what was actually happening in the phone conversation.
I’ve been organizing the public timeline, witness accounts, phone questions, boat movements, and disputed claims around the case. There’s a ton of discussion, but I’m curious what everyone thinks would actually move this case forward.
What single piece of evidence would matter most to you full phone forensics, complete autopsy/toxicology, GPS from every boat, authenticated Sea Tow audio, surveillance footage, or something else?
Please show me any evidence that makes you think that his friends killed him. Like for real send me ANYTHING that makes yall CONFIDENTLY say that they killed him other than making assumptions just cause they’re white.
Surprise surprise people black people and white people can be friends!!
Good job contributing to the narrative they these kids killed Nolan when 0 evidence shows so, and now them and their families are receiving death threats and are afraid to leave the house.
Once again, show me ANYTHING that makes you believe these kids did this.
Edit: STILL WAITING FOR ANY SMUDGE OF EVIDENCE
Not even accusing the boys of anything. This is a lost specifically about the boys and how they’re treating the loss of their friend.
The boys had an interview with some cop about their friend, they went on to whine and drone on about their family’s getting harassed in public, having to deactivate social media and how their lives are being ruined for leaving their friend behind and him dying.
They even went on to blame a grieving mother for speaking out on the case to make sure it gets the proper attention it deserves and doesnt get swept under the rug like a lot of Black Deaths.
The interview was horrible, and flat out selfish, they talk about themselves so much I began to forget that they’re involved in a case of their supposed “brothers” death.
These boys are just naive, and very obviously went into that interview unprepared, and the attempt to garner sympathy just showed off how privileged they are, because while they’re getting called scum on the street or can’t go outside, theres a mother who will never wake up to see her son again.

this page is titled “justice for nolan wells” but the majority of the folks on here are non-black and don’t want justice for him, nor care for it.
please explain why most of you in here frequent this sub, are arguing with Black people for feeling pain, hurt and anger and are desperately trying to prove that he doesn’t deserve justice? what do you gain from your lack of empathy towards a Black kid who died in concerning circumstances ? why do you spend all day going back and forth with Black people about their culture, upbringing and behavioral patterns, but you have zero Black friends in real life? why are you all using the word racism, incorrectly?
I am very curious!
Nolan Wells’ phone has become another point of contention in the questions surrounding what happened after the July 4 trip.
Now, an attorney is defending why the phone was kept — and took to a podcast to make a striking claim about what it could reveal. But there’s an important piece of context missing from that version of events.
The full story gets into what was said, what we know about the phone, and why the timeline matters.

Im asking this seriously- why is it so hard to believe he literally just drowned? He was drinking (who knows if he had any drugs in his system), he was out in the heat, likely had no food in his system, and went off separate from his group of friends. Even if he were to have a medical emergency and he was alone in or near water, his chances wouldnt be promising.
The entire murder scenario seems very unlikely. The main reason why is there is no motive and this was during the day in a crowded vacationing spot. If there was a plot to murder this young man, id imagine it would have played out in a different location and Id guess not in broad daylight. His phone would have been ditched in the water and not returned to his parents.
Ive been reading about this case all summer and im just not seeing what everyone else is seeing. In my state alone, there were several drowning deaths already this summer (2 young men down the shore, 3 children in a river by my house, a man taking his son for a swim in the lake and the son only survived bc a bystander was able to help get him to safety, and I believe there was one other incident down the shore involving another young man). Thats just in my state and only the drowning deaths reported on the news. Im sure there were others.
Id hope this could be answered maturely.
Everyone is missing the big picture and that is the state laws.
The fact of the matter is that there was an underage kid operating a boat and drinking.
Even if the exact Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) level is unknown, the underage operator is fully responsible and can be arrested and convicted based on alternative legal standards.
The state does not need a chemical BAC test to establish guilt or legal liability. Under the Mississippi Alcohol Boating Safety Act, an underage driver faces the following liabilities based solely on the fact that they were drinking while operating the boat:
Mississippi law states that it is a crime to operate a motorized vessel (25+ horsepower) or PWC while "under the influence of intoxicating liquor". [1, 2]
To prove guilt without a BAC number, prosecutors use "other competent evidence".
This includes marine officer testimony regarding slurred speech, bloodshot eyes, smelling of alcohol, erratic driving, or failing on-board physical sobriety exercises.
Underage operators do not have a "right to drink a little." Any visible impairment caused by alcohol is enough to secure a conviction.
If the minor was asked to take a breath, blood, or urine test and refused because they wanted to hide their BAC level, they face immediate civil penalties.
Automatic Ban: Under Mississippi's Implied Consent Law, refusing a chemical test results in an immediate arrest and an automatic one-year suspension of their privilege to operate any watercraft.
Evidentiary Consequences: The refusal to blow into a breathalyzer will be used directly against them in court as consciousness of guilt.
For operators under 21 years old, Mississippi enforces a strict 0.02% Zero Tolerance BAC limit. Because the human body absorbs alcohol rapidly, drinking even half a single beer or shot can easily push a minor over a 0.02% BAC. If law enforcement ultimately forces a blood draw or uses a breathalyzer, a negligible trace of alcohol is enough to trigger a BUI.
Even if the BUI charge faces technical hurdles without a BAC test, the minor is fully responsible for separate criminal violations:
Underage Possession/Consumption: A separate misdemeanor charge for a minor possessing or consuming alcohol.
No Boater Education Certificate: Fines for operating without a legal certificate.
South of I-10 Life Jacket Violations: Fines for failing to wear a life jacket in coastal marine waters.
Civil Liability: "Gross Negligence"
If an accident occurs, a jury does not need a precise BAC number to find the minor civilly liable. Engaging in underage drinking, breaking life jacket laws, and driving a boat without a safety certificate combines to form gross negligence. The minor (and potentially their parents or the boat owner) can be held financially liable for the entirety of any medical bills, property destruction, or wrongful death damages.
Soooo an excellent has been hired to protect his kids allegedly Sad
