It has been long enough now that we need to talk about the absolute tragedy of losing Krushers. Society has honestly done nothing but slide backwards ever since they quietly killed off the Golden Gaytime and Kookies n Kream flavours
My friend took her life around the time the Krushers disappeared.
The last time I saw her alive was when she served me at our local KFC and handed me a krusher.
If I were to get to have one again one day I would definitely cry.
She was a lovely person and made an excellent Krusher.
Hello fellow KFC enthusiasts.
Tonight I ordered a three piece boneless meal at my local KFC drive through (Woden). I requested to swap the drink for another chips. They said they couldn’t do that. I’ve worked in the exact same store and it has been always side for side swap.
I didn’t want to push it as both the drive through attendant and manager were 16.
Is this enshitifiaction or just incompetence?

Anyway, I had a quick peruse of your posts and comments. Either I must be the unicorn, or QLD just does it better.
My orders are always accurate (I order through the app and usually swap gravy for more chips, or add/remove something from my burger). I genuinely can’t recall when they’ve ever got it wrong in the last 4-5 years.
Hot and fresh 90% of the time. Only on a rare occasion do I ask for them to get me fresh chips.
Otherwise staff are quick, food is good, and not much fuss really. It’s takeaway, my standards aren’t too high.
The only store I had issue with was Dickson in Canberra! That was fuuuuucked.

Burger, chips, a wicked wing and a drink for that price? Nothing else comes close at that price point. Maccas can't touch it, Hungry Jack's isn't even in the conversation. The Zinger patty alone carries harder than most $20 burgers from "proper" burger places.
I ordered the same box meal twice this week- once for lunch, once late night after a big one. I swear it's a completely different experience after dark. The chips hit harder, the chicken is crispier. Can't explain it scientifically but I know what I know.
They’re the best thing at kfc, they need to make a box meal centred around it. Like 3 zinger fillets chips and drink. I often order 3, and it’s decent protein too
Did they change the way they make the KFC gravy? Why isn't it rich like before? Not good. Colonel Sanders wouldn't be happy about this.
I recently got out of prison after 9 years and noticed that the kookies and kream krusher has been discontinued. Is there anyone who's been able to recreate it or know where i could buy one similar to that?

Ok so before we all get too excited im not sure how far this is going if its just Colins food or Yum as well, They have started to trial it in Sydney so might get lucky and get all stores.
So doing my usual service calls today Sth Brisbane, i noticed that a couple of stores had some changes done to their front service area, so just behind the front counter, where the frozen drinks machines are.
So the frozen drink machines are being moved to a different or back area, they are getting new shake type machines put in, I dont know much more than that, its some kind of shake machine called Quench. From experience i bet its going to be the same as McD has with its cold drink maker machine adds crushed ice and water and syrup and mixs it and bingo. Ive been told its better than Krushers. From what i understand some NSW stores have been trying it for a little while now, i havent seen a post about it has any one tried it or have it? But he also said that they are leaving enough room for the Krusher machine to come back, but that wont be for many months he said. So for now its going to be a little while until we see the new Quench machine because they have to make room and wire them up for each store a massive undertaking for them, to add new machines to a store is a huge million dollar outlay for a new item, so i dont think it will be a temporary menu item. It will be full time. And We going to have to wait a while but Krushers might be coming back!! Wasnt a fan of them anyway.
Sorry love hot rods, but these new one,s are just dried up pieces of small chicken there just not the same tender nice juicy chicken. IMO...

Okay so I know that sounds like fantasy but I know how we can bring back the krushers we need a lot of people to see this post though so I need upvotes anyway so we can bring back krushers granted a lot of people see this anyway we bring back krushers by just eating red rooster instead until they bring back their krushers who’s with me
