What happened to KFC?

I swear it feels like I'm in an alternate reality. It no longer taste like it used to 5 or so years ago. The chicken just doesn't have that mouthwatering signature taste anymore, not even the skin, it's not even crunchy like I used to remember it. Another wild difference is also the chips, I used to remember out of all fast food chips KFC had the best tasting chips and now it's just meh, again that traditional this-is-KFC taste is just... gone. I can't be the only one to notice this, does anyone know wth happened?

Literally unplayable

It was so bad, the bucket lagged and got stuck so many times and to score you have to collect minimum chickens which is impossible cause few chickens fall on the same row at the exact same time

Smaller Cheese?

Is it just me or does it seem like the size of the cheese they use on burgers has reduced in size by a fair amount, Next time you order a burger open it up and check out the size of the cheese now, i swear they are smaller than Kraft slices, Ive started asking for double cheese, but then i have to pay more of course for another small slice! :(

What is this?

I’ll tell you what this is: It’s two chicken tenders and a nugget. Apparently.

Credit where is due though, they did give me another half of a tender when I went to the counter and asked what it was.

Manager special 10for10 zinger fillet(Kfc Clayton)

They're doing manager specials for zinger filets 10 for 10, thought it's a pretty good deal to share. Also, forgot to take pics of the cash register sign since I was busy catching the bus

I’m in the outer northern suburbs of Melbourne. Is there a list of recommended KFCs?

I can remember when most of them were better.

Free delivery Fridays - what a joke!

So if you pick up your Christmas in July shared meal it’s $49.95. But if you add the “Free Delivery Fridays” promo the same meal is $64.95.

This is what 2 pieces of chicken looks like

My son got a Zinger box tonight for dinner this is what he got for his 2 pieces of chicken from KFC in Broadmeadows (shopping center), we went to take it back and the woman refused saying that this was fine and didn't see a problem she was so angry chucking food in every box the women behind making the burger wasn't wearing gloves nobody had their hair up i would say this store would not be passing any health inspection will not be eating there again

Pre-made burgers?

How long has this been a thing? Got it about 35 mins after the time on the sticker.

edit: I didn't know this would be so controversial. just asking a question.

gonna stick to buying these little fuckers to save up for a PS5 PRO.

fuck spending $30 - $40 every time i get paid. the $15 one could fill up fucking gina rinehart. easy to save most of my money by cutting that extra cost. maybe grab a cheeky $2 freeze for the walk home. maybe see what snacks are on sale at woolies while i'm there. too easy.

Going to take action.

Placed an order online for a zinger burger.

Was told there was no zinger fillets.

Asked if I was happy with boneless chicken in the burger. I agreed.

There was a bone in the chicken and as I bit in to it I damaged my teeth.

Called the store to advise them, they told me there was no boned chicken left for them to serve. I told them I still had the burger and was happy to bring it back. They asked me to come back and show them the burger. Which I did. Upon inspection the bone was clearly there. The supervisor on duty said she would do an incident report and she would call her manager. She moved away from the window and called her manager, I heard her manager on speaker say "just give him a fucking $30 credit"

The young lady came back with a piece of paper, telling me she could give me a $30 credit.

I refused and told her I heard what her manager said and I'd prefer the indigent report.

She asked to see my tooth, I reluctantly showed her and she said she needed a closer look, which I refused. She advised that she had worked in a dental clinic before.

Again I refused. She ended up taking my details down and giving me the store email.

Highly unprofessional, appalling behaviour from upper management. The young lady serving me is not to blame here.

Looks like a visit to the dentist is on the cards, potentially further action.

Picture of my boneless chicken burger with the giant bone on the left.
