Who's to blame?

Who's To Blame?

We love our children and want to secure their safety, so we go to extreme lengths to protect them from the moment they are born. We try to raise them right, teaching them right from wrong so that hopefully they are successful in life. Sadly, many parents around the world lose their children by the hands of evil and perverted people.

Many are quick to point their finger at our Heavenly Father. After all, he is all knowing, right? Why would a God that created us for his pleasure allow these wicked acts to happen. Why didn't he give us some sort of instructions on how to prevent these things from happening in our communities? For example: Telling your children not to play at construction site for fear of something horrible happening to them.

As a Christian, I take the opportunity to search scriptures when approached with conflicting situations that go against whom I see my God to be, which is a loving and righteous God. So, let's search the letter he left for us to understand why?

In Deuteronomy 20:13; We are told, "Thou shalt not kill." Why the word kill? Shouldn't it say murder? Because there is a difference.

Premeditated murder is the unlawful killing of a human being with advanced planning, deliberate intent, and malice aforethought.

• The "Design": The perpetrator makes a conscious decision to kill before committing the act.

• Legal Class: This is typically classified as First-Degree Murder in most modern legal systems and carries the heaviest penalties, including life imprisonment or the death penalty.

Killing is a broad, catch-all term for any action that causes the death of a living being. Killing is generally divided into several legal categories based on intent:

• Manslaughter: An unlawful killing but without premeditation or prior intent to kill.

• Voluntary Manslaughter: A killing that happens in the heat of passion during a sudden provocation (ex: a sudden bar fight).

• Involuntary Manslaughter: An accidental killing caused by reckless or negligent behavior (ex: drunk driving or a texting-and-driving accident).

• Justifiable or Excusable Killing: A killing that is permitted or recognized as non-criminal under the law. Examples include killing in lawful self-defense, a law enforcement officer using justified lethal force, or a soldier in lawful combat.

God explains the exact difference as noted above in Exodus 21:12-14;

V12: He that smiteth a man so that he die shall surely be put to death.

V13: And if a man lie not in wait, (the death was not planned), but God deliver him into his hand; then I will appoint thee a place whither he shall flee. (Refuse for accidental killing).

V14: But if a man come presumptuously (planned it) upon his neighbor, to slay him with guile (hatred), thou shalt take him from mine alter, that he may die. (capitol punishment).

Note: Matthew 19:18; Thou shalt do no murder. So, God's word does differentiate between murder and kill.

Alright, let's see if God has instructed us anywhere else in scriptures.

Genesis 9:6; Whosoever sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man.

Leviticus 24:17; And he that killeth any man shall surely be put to death.

Numbers 35: 30-34;

V30: Whoso killeth any person, the murderer shall be put to death by the mouth of witnesses: (plural meaning more than one witness) but one witness shall not testify against any person to cause him to die.

V31: Moreover ye shall take no satisfaction for the life of a murderer, which is guilty of death: but he shall surely be put to death.

V32: And ye shall take no satisfaction for him that is fled to the city of his refuge, that he should come again to dwell in the land, until the death of the priest.

V33: So ye shall not pollute the land wherein ye are: for blood it defileth the land: and the land can not be cleansed of the blood that it shed therein, but by the blood of him that shed it.

V34: Defile not therefore the land which ye shall inhabit, wherein I dwell: for I the LORD dwell among the children of Israel.

Note: Alright, according to Leviticus, allowing a murderer to live pollutes your nation. The people should not show any pity towards a murderer. But, for an individual accused of the crime, there should be two or more witnesses of the event before judgment is passed.

Deuteronomy 17:6-7;

Deuteronomy states in v6: that at the mouth of two or three witnesses, shall a man or woman worthy of death be put to death.

V7: States that the hands of the eye witnesses shall be the first upon him or her worthy of death and afterward all people. (Public execution) Why does God say to do this? SO THOU SHALT PUT THE EVIL AWAY FROM AMONG YOU!

Do these laws still apply since Christ died for our sins? What does the New Testament say?

1 John 2:9; He that saith he is in the light, and hateth his brother, is in darkness even until now.

1 John 2:11; But he that hateth his brother is in darkness, and walketh in darkness, and knoweth not whither he goeth, because that darkness hath blinded his eyes.

1 John 3:15; Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.

Note: strongs 443: murderer greek; anthropoktonos from 444 meaning a manslayer murderer. Only here and John 8:44, which reads; Ye are of your father the devil and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer (strongs 443) from the beginning:

1 John 4:20; If a man say, I love God, and hate his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother in whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?

According to 1 John, a person who hates a person to the point of taking their life has no light (the light is Christ John 8:12). A murderer is in darkness because hatred has blinded them from seeing the light. A murderer has no eternal life in them, and the love of YHVH is not in them.

What did Jesus say about the laws of God?

Matthew 5:17; Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill.

Knowing this in Deuteronomy 22:25-27; A rapist is also worthy of death.

Looks like our Heavenly Father did leave his children instructions. To stop this evil among us, we are told to send rapist and murderers to him and show no mercy.

The answer to the question, Who's the blame for the constant occurrences of these wicked acts in our nation's? THE PEOPLE WHOM CLAIMS TO BE UPHOLDING THE LAWS OF GOD BUT AREN'T!
