I just need 3 credits of any course in the faculty of science, I don’t know what would be easy though. Any ideas and also is there a prof that you would recommend?

i'm going to kpu in september for its btech program and was just wondering if it would be better for me to transfer to ubc for computer science?

i'm from surrey, so it always made sense for me to just go to the closest uni, and kpu's btech, from what i've heard, will get me the career i want to go into (something like software development)

but i just began wondering if it's worth it to just transfer to ubc for computer science instead (i know it's REALLY hard to transfer, but let's put that aside for now)

will computer science at ubc do anything for my career that a btech from kpu wont?? i'm also planning to do co-op wherever i go, so that's something

ubc is way more prestigious, and it sounds nice when i say "i did computer science at ubc," but from what i've heard, employers don't care where you went to school

anyway, i'm just a confused teen that needs help. please help.

I am currently on the waiting list for Crim 1207, which I desperately need but I was waitlisted.

my waitlist position currently showing 19. The class is full at 35/35 and there's Waitlist Seats Available: 15

questions:

1. If I am still on the waitlist when uni starts, can I still join the class in person

2. How realistic is it to get into CRIM 1207 from #19 on the waitlist?

3. Has anyone at KPU been on a similar waitlist and gotten in?
