Phaeton Planet Pack: A closer look at the procedural landscape and the lethal lava seas. Surprisingly beautiful view from the ground! 🌋🛰️
Phaeton features a fully custom procedural terrain with magma-colored orange sand, deep valleys, and wide oceans of liquid lava.
Because it orbits extremely close to Kerbin and is tidally locked, you can see this glowing red moon crossing the sky from the space center. Landing on the solid rock islands is a great challenge, but stay away from the shore: the red sea temperature is set to 4500K, causing instant structural failure and vaporization to any parts or Kerbals.
Any Interstellar Mod Recommendations?
I recently did an interstellar rescue mission in ksp with stock parts, no ion engines, and no wormholes, I liked the experience but I am sad I didn't document it any further or make it any more difficult, so I am taking recommendations for any good interstellar mods, I am really open to any mod but Ive already seen all the Cosmic Serenity stuff so don't recommend that. When I am done with the mission I will definitely be posting a time lapse of the whole mission so look forward to that.
