this is 1/100 of the evidence i have. i am talking to lawyers but i imagine this is happening everywhere. would love to join an effort already in motion or help one out.
i just so happened to studying tennis when they rigged a match. they tried to take down a lot of material but i have it all because i was studying how to bet effectively on it.
i have video, screen, and phone recordings of staff hanging up on me when i mention the rigged game.
i have a screenshot of a customer service employee admitting to me that a match was rigged.
after that—
i have evidence that they have cut me off from talking to any customer service. i could ask right now and they will ignore me or say something gross (they literally think they are invincible).

they than began stealing from me with no attempt to conceal it. i made dozens of deposits for evidence. I did it on basically every deposit platform they offer and filmed it, basically did every denomination. i did it beside people whose deposits worked fine. they stole many thousands of dollars from me without any plan. i am obviously charging all of these fraud charges back now with video evidence, but it’s amazing how incompetent they are.

because they never gave me any money and they charged everywhere they would let me, i have live recordings of kalshi stealing directly from google, apple, venmo, cashapp, visa, mastercard, etc.

DM if interested in helping take them down or know how I can help. i’m sitting on a mountain of evidence.

It seems that all my parlays only lose by one or two. And it seems to be early on or right at the end. This pattern is becoming more apparent anybody have this problem?

Title: Kalshi Neymar goalscorer market seems resolved incorrectly?
I had a position on Kalshi for **Brazil vs Japan: Goalscorer — Neymar 1+**.
I mostly bought **No**, meaning Neymar would **not** score at least one goal. The match ended **Brazil 2–1 Japan**, and from what I can see, the goalscorers were **Casemiro, Gabriel Martinelli, and Kaishu Sano**. Neymar did **not** score.
But my Kalshi position shows:
Final position: **1,166.23 No**
Settlement payout: **$0**
Total cost: **$984.80**
Total payout: **$924.83**
Loss: **-$59.97**
Shouldn’t the **No** side have settled as the winner if Neymar didn’t score? Am I misunderstanding how the goalscorer market resolves, or does this look like a settlement issue?

This Kalshi app failed to update the proper score board where I could have cashed out earlier. Austria was up their 3rd point in the 55th minute of todays match against Algeria both teams did well and Algeria did better then I expected. I’m on a strong wifi and phone service so there was no other explanation why until the match ended and settled the score suddenly transferring from 2-2 (since the second half started) to 3-3 once the match ended Austria set their third goal at the 55 minute first since the opposing team was putting up I would have not risked a tie once I seen my team up by one. It’s bad enough hearing all this conspiracy about sports being rigged in general. I’m out…lmk if anyone else has had similar issues.

If you define gambling to mean any speculation, then all financial markets are gambling. There’s speculation on all financial markets. Actually, most activity in most financial markets is speculation, right? And you really don’t get liquid, vibrant financial markets with real price discovery without speculation. If it’s just hedging by itself or capital allocation by itself, that doesn’t build a real marketplace. So that definition of gambling, where people are putting some money to make more money on something they don’t control — well, that encompasses everything.

The core differentiator with sports gambling is whether you are trading on an open, fair, liquid marketplace or in a closed forum system against the house that picks winners or losers. One of them you can win. It doesn’t mean you will win, but you have the opportunity to win. That’s how the law has been set historically.
