Are these legit?

Got the box for cheap on eBay. Everything was sealed but I haven’t really seen these types of cards on this sub so I don’t know if these are real or if I got anything good if they are

What’s the difference between these two? Is the one on the left a fake? The front side of the card is from the new Jin 3 wave however that particular ASP card is one of /99 so why does it have 3 zeroes? The card on the right is what I’m used to seeing.
