One of the final photos of Waylon Jennings, taken at Chet Atkins’ funeral in Nashville in July of 2001. By this point, years of health problems had taken their toll on Waylon, and he attended the funeral in a wheelchair.

Just seven months later, on February 13, 2002, Waylon passed away at 64 years old.
