Bullet (74 HCG/TDP🍊🧡) 🕊️ killed in 2018

Bullet is founder of the 74 Hoover Criminal Gang (formerly known as 74 Hoover Crip Gang) in Richmond ky after he brought the gang to town from out of state in the late 90s. 74 was the first Hoover set in Richmond… later came 52 and 107.

In 2004, bullet was pulled over with an automatic firearm, cocaine, and body armor and was later sentenced to 15 years in prison. He was a known leader/shot caller of the Hoover card in the feds. He was released on parole in 2017 after serving 85% of his sentence.

bullet was shot and killed on June 9, 2018 in Richmond after an altercation. He is still praised and acknowledged to this day by many Hoovers in Richmond, the state of Ky, and nationwide who knew him during prison bids.

just a dump. the hoovers is the longest lasting and most active gang in Richmond to this day. still very popular and relevant with many young members.

What’s some shit to do in Louisville? I’m a Detroit nigga, (6 mile eastside) but I’m tryna fw some smaller cities.
