Breastfeeding and fasting? When are short fasts safe/reasonable?

Keto/carnivore breastfeeding mama here. I’m fat adapted and have been keto for almost 90 days. I currently do two meals a day so I guess I fast 16:8. I’m not really keeping track. I eat when I’m hungry and I’m 8 months postpartum. I’m not looking to start fasting immediately, but I wanted to see if anyone out there started fasting longer while breastfeeding. For example, OMAD? If so, when did you feel comfortable doing this and did it affect your milk supply? Was it closer to a year? As always, baby comes first. Hydration and electrolytes are key. I’m not going to do anything stupid, I’m just curious when people felt safe to do so.

Fertility improvement without PCOS?

My husband and I have been TTC for 17 cycles and our Napro recently suggested trying carnivore. I did have endometriosis surgery 2 months ago, but no PCOS or insulin resistance. Has anyone had success in a similar situation?
