Hi there!, I'm using keyshot 11 and I appreciate any help, i want to make a 360 degree turntable video of this ring, the problem is those pixelated shadows on the ground, i want to get rid of those, can anyone help me with it? how can i make more realistic shadows in this?

I own a Razor Blade 14 with the following specs : processor- AMD Ryzsn 9 6900HX with Radeon Graphics
Graphics Card - AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics
In The spring on 2024 I was able to use GPU mode no problem while I was finishing up school, now its does not work as an option even after working with keyshot support to ensure all the settings are correct. From what I can find elsewhere my graphics card is now not supported and keyshot studio demands more updated graphics cards. Is this information correct? Am I just in need of a hardware upgrade if I want to do anything outside of cpu renderings?
Please note that I am using my free trial as I wanted to ensure that my computer could still run Keyshot to a level I was happy with.
If anyone knows anything about this please help me out, even if its bad news.
