Hi guys ,

We need a small space for our e-commerce business in kharghar ,

Our budget is around 12 - 13k max ,anywhere in kharghar , need not be cutomer/roadfacing,hence the low budget.

Any help will be appreciated!

I love animals as much as the next person. Dogs on the street? Yes they're a bit unruly, but I try to befriend them.

I live in a large society in Kharghar Sector 20 and there are dogs inside the apartment building. 12 to be precise. They guard different areas at night and almost murder people who walk by that way. The children are terrified and on alternate days you can hear someone screaming and crying when it chases them. In the evenings when they cross that area they ask an adult to accompany them (the adult is equally terrified)

Im all against cruelty, but the fear is constant. Ive ttied to befriend them, all that, but to no avail. I need to live in a place where I can take my aged mother for a short walk. Is there a way the dogs can be removed? Please do not suggest outrageous things like hurting them because that is not a path i want to take.

Ive spoken to building authorities, they dont do anything and the 'dog lovers' (I hate calling them that because if they truly loved the dog they would find a sheltered home for it or take it in) feed them inside the society premises which leads to other dogs coming in. People take sticks and walk but if we're paying thousands in maintenance and crores for a house....do we not deserve safe surroundings?

Is there any way to get them out? This sounds like an insensitive post when i read it...but im at wits end. We have a baby in the house and she doesn't sleep at night because of the constant howling and barking. My mother cant step out of the house and has fallen once because a dog chased her. And to be honest, im afraid too.

I know we cant do anything outside the society and ive made peace with it. But absolutely anything helps.

I wanted a honest opinion or discussion on the current mla of panvel who is also into education and infrastructure business.

Hey I am giving the october sitting of the TMUA, and I am kinda broke and in desperate need of a tutor </3 lemme know if you know anyone for the job or if you'd be up for it.

We are barely getting 45mins of water supply in a day because of lack of adequate water supply from the cidco. All the dams are close to 100% level and still such kind of water scarcity. Are other societies/sector also facing the same issues? Any idea by when can we expect proper water supply from cidco because raising any complaints is also not working or how can we reach out to correct concerned authority to resolve this
