I live in Worli in an SRA building with 1RK 225 sqft room with my wife. I pay 22,000 in rent with 1 lakh initial deposit.
I sometimes get fed up because I am paying so much so such less space and facility.
When I visited Kharghar I fell in love with the peace and nature there. I really want to move but has some doubts.
In worli we have nearby hospitals and all even for some very serious illness you have KEM, Nair, etc. The only hospital I know near kharghar is Apollo I think and they must be charging a lot??
Are there power and water cuts??
Is it safe? Thats the biggest concern since my wife would be staying alone when I am at office most of the day. In Belapur I have seem typical goon type crowd you know those wearing gold chain having 5-6 men around with a toyota fortuner.
Also what can I get under 20k in Kharghar?? (I am a muslim, if that matters. I heard only a few sectors allow muslims and sector 30, 35, 36 have somewhat muslim population)

A community mama cat decided my house was the perfect place to bring her babies into the world, and I've been fostering her and her litter of six ever since.

Tabby – The quiet observer. Fiercely independent, endlessly thoughtful, and the kind of kitten who patiently waits his turn for everything—even wrestling matches.
They're now ready to find loving, responsible forever homes where they'll be cherished as family.
