I first heard their song Big Bad World (edit: I was hoping they'd play this, and when they did, I was so happy) in 2013, and I was hooked. I was so upset I didn't know they came for Wanderland Music Festival back in 2018. That's why I immediately bought tickets for 2019 concert as soon as it started selling.

During their 2019 concert, we got there so early so we could stand in front and it paid off. My then boyfriend, now husband, told me to take a video of The One. As the song was ending, he proposed. Mind you, we were so close to the stage, so when I noticed him holding the ring, I said, "Wag, wag, wag!" (Basically told him to stop, haha). I didn't want any attention on us. We danced to The One at our wedding.

We also attended their 2023 concert. It was so epic. When they took a break before the encore, the crowd started singing All I Want. Had goosebumps. It was peak moment.

And now their 2026 concert. I left my province 3days before to ensure that I could come cause they might cancel the ferry trips due to the weather. We braved the harsh waves cause there's no way I'll miss this. It's such a bittersweet moment, after all these years, to watch them and say goodbye.

I still can’t move on from the concert tonight. It was so much fun, and I honestly couldn’t stop crying toward the end. 😭

I think we’ll all carry the feelings and memories that Kodaline gave us from the very beginning.

Now that they’ve disbanded, I really hope they’ll continue making music in their own ways.

Been a Kodaline fan since 2018, but seeing them live hit differently.
I’ve been listening to Kodaline since 2018, and their music has been with me through so many different chapters of my life. But about three years ago, their songs meant something completely different to me.
I was lost at the time. I didn’t really know what I was doing with my life, where I was going, or how to put everything I was feeling into words. Somehow, Kodaline did it for me. Their lyrics expressed things I couldn’t explain myself.
There was a song I kept coming back to, and eventually I started singing it every single day. It became something that got me through that period. In a way, it saved me.
And now, three years later, I’m in a completely different place.
I’m finally doing what I wanted to do all along. The things I once only hoped for are slowly becoming my reality.
So hearing those songs live now was incredibly emotional. I wasn’t listening to them as the same person who needed them three years ago. I was singing them as someone who made it through.
It’s crazy how a song can find you when you’re lost, stay with you through the hardest parts, and then one day, you hear it again and realize just how far you’ve come.
Thank you, Kodaline. Your music has been a part of my life since 2018, and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to fully explain what it has meant to me. ❤️
