How often has late payments been Koho Users?

Every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, I see posts asking "Insert Canadian Benefit Here" or "Paycheque" Late?

My question, Koho Users, is how late is late? For me, I used to get paid at about 9:30, and now I usually get paid at 10:00 the day before, assuming the boss does it on time. Curious to know what the users are facing, or is it just noise?

Tax Return not deposited yet?

Filed my taxes and received my NoA on May 11th. It says my return was deposited on May 11th, but I haven't received anything yet (5:55pm MST, May 18th). This is my first year getting it deposited to my Koho account as I just ditched Scotiabank and I'm not sure if this is a normal processing time between the CRA and Koho or if I should be concerned?

Anyone else considering leaving Koho

I understand mistakes happen and errors are made but instead of being honest with customer or atleast letting us know ahead of time that theirs a delay in processing CCB they are trying to save face on blaming CRA, stating they didnt received payments until today and now i just received some promotion to double my pay with them if i enter a draw for the next x amount of days. i dont want your damn promotion. How about an apology u/kohoCanada . Alot of your clients are upset and affected by your company not holding up your end of the bargain, which was eraly deposit.

Still waiting for child tax (Ontario) but people are starting to receive it.

I just wanted to let people know I had a similar issue last October where it wasn’t deposited at its normal time (1130 am for me) but was received around 130pm the same day. I was given the same response in October that I’d receive it by the next morning and still got it that day. Payments will just be later but we should all still receive it today at some point.

Day 94 of dispute

I filed a dispute on February 13, 2026. It’s still ongoing. Support has been doing anything but helping me.

Cannot login with reset password

I am unable to login to my koho app, on which I have deposited money. The app presents me with a new account screen which I have to carefully skip. Because of this I accidentally created a new account with THE SAME email address! After a back and forth with tech support they said they fixed the issue.
I still cannot login. It says it cannot complete two-factor authentication.

Payroll deposit time?

Just wondering what time everyone’s payroll deposits into their account, I am located in Alberta. I have searched and only really found a bunch for government deposits. Thanks everyone.

Long weekend?

If Monday is a holiday does that mean child tax will come today or Saturday or will it come Tuesday as usual?

Payroll deposit late again?

My last couple pay deposits have been over an hour late. Assuming it’s the same thing today? Any word on why this keeps happening.
