Really just here to say from the bottom of my heart how much I hate the app. I truly believe the app alone will be the reason for me to close my account. It’s a farce, especially for people using KOHO as their principal account, don’t make that mistake.

Did anyone still not get their payment yet?.

So I have access to cover and credit building. With rent comng out on Canada Day for 1500 I was only left with a small amount until I'm paid next week.

I e transferred myself $10 to cover the cover fee and credit building fee. Only to be told the money in the account at midnight would go straight to recovery of credit building loan and not even touch the cover fees or credit building fees.

I was told I want the $10 I e transferred to the koho account e transferred back to me and the "agent" went silent

This company fucking blows. No wonder there's so many complaints here.

Should've paid more attention to the complaints before signing up.

Did anyone not get their benefit yet?

Just curious are we getting the deposit today? (July 2nd) and what time do you guys usually receive it. Im seeing KOHO get it a day early. Its my first time getting direct deposit in KOHO

Getting my first direct deposit pay today (early pay). My regular scheduled pay is Friday. When I was receiving benefits from insurance, I would usually get it at 9 pm est. I was wondering if it’s earlier from employer? I saw a few threads where people are receiving their pay at 6 pm est?

I haven’t been able to access my account because I changed my phone number. I have had dozens of exchanges with customer support. ive sent in multiple photos of my ID. and selfies of me holding it. they also asked me to send a selfie with me holding a paper with today’s date on it. I did that, and then they said I needed a different photo where they could see my arm?? im unsure what that proves honestly. but my pay has been deposited into this account now for a month without me being able to access it. I haven't been able to pay my rent or anything. this is causing me a lot of unnecessary stress. I feel like I’m going to have no choice but to report this to the better business bureau! ive done everything that had been asked of me! im at the end of my rope!!

Both my physical and virtual card don’t say they’re locked but they will not unlock? Anyone else?

Has anyone stayed at the Hilton and used Koho as the card? Is it compatible? Also does it get charged as the $50 deposit for CCs or $250 for the debit Cc or if it works at all.

Did anyone in NB not get their income assistance yet? I know people who are with RBC and got theirs but I didn’t yet with KOHO

A few days ago I got email that my account was closed, which was a surprise because I definitely didn't do anything wrong..and after numerous emails Koho agreed and reopened my account. I had 500 cover and 150 available but after they reopened my account cover was gone and a message says I owe 500, which is incorrect. Reason given originally was that cover payment was missed, which is incorrect because I paid cover June 9th and next one is due July 9th.

Edit: I ended up calling customer service 3 times to finally be connected with a supervisor. Still no resolution but after 78 emails back and forth it took him 5min to confirm I'm right and what I've been told by other customer service agents was wrong. So frustrating being told something repeatedly when I presented proof that's incorrect. Now I'll see how long it takes to fix this glitch..

So my actual payday is July 1st, but since koho deposits a day early which would be tomorrow, will the holiday affect this? Unsure how it works.
