Do you have any K-pop girl group albums? How many? I only have 3 but I just ordered an Aespa album and Twice photocards. I have Le Sserafim, Twice, and Katseye. I need more!
though Cosmic Ep still feels new to me lol
To piggyback off the Albums post, drop your favorite girl group or soloist vinyl releases below. Signed or unsigned.
As a mod of some smaller group subreddits I'm always interested in what we can add or start to include that fans of those groups or even just casual users want to see and enjoy.
It would be great to hear your thoughts as girl group fans specifically on whether you use group subreddits or not and what you use them for.
Some topics to think about:
Do you use girl group specific subreddits? If you don't, why don't you? Is it just lack of interest or do specific things put you off?
If you do use them, what kind of content do you look for most? Are you mainly interested in news, updates and new releases? Do you enjoy social media post sharing? Links from YouTube music shows, dance performances, fan cams etc?
Do you like discussion threads to be common or do you not use them?
Or is there other content that you want to see that isn't generally covered already?
Do you prefer frequent updates of anything related to the group or more focused updates with key information and content?
Do you pay attention to a subreddits design, styling and colour scheme - does it say the sub is well looked after if everything is style according to the most recent era?
Do you use the sidebar tools for social media links, wiki pages, rules and other additions?
If you're on smartphone did you even know that was a thing? 😂
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Thanks for any thoughts and comments! (I thought about doing a google form but I figured most would find it easier just to note things in the thread, let me know if you think a survey would be better).
Tzuyu had her first solo festival. She sounds fantastic here. And that rap part was a killer. I'm so unreasonably proud of her.
Already half way through the year so figured I'd share some stats from my K-Pop app Tier'd. It is very interesting to see how these songs stack up as more people join the app.
I am very passionate about bringing a quality space for fans like me, so thank you to anyone who has given it a chance and checked it out. I am super excited to continue to iterate and grow the app. Album reviews are actually coming next update as we approach 3k users!
If you haven't checked it out here is a link if interested.
