Ldec or svnit

i have option to go for the EVD AT DAU and LD for cs and ece also i am quite interested in electronics

But my concern is that If i go for the dau i will pay app. 25 lakh in 4 years and don't know the placement stat for evd.

On the other hand i can go for the government college like LD and pay 6k for 4 years and have decent package, The ROI IN here is pretty great.

What should i do seniors please help out

I have two options either do ece from lnmiit (32l fees) and getting placed in india or doing ece from ldce(govt college under 10k 4 years) and go to abroad but confusion is that is going abroad will be worth it as the citizen of other countries are protesting against indian and maybe after 4 year rules get changed??

So i searched on google and it says that academic term at LD begins in early july, but im also participating in josaa and other counselling so can u tell me is this true? Bcz how can i go in early july bcz josaa continues till august

Is there an option to change the branch from electrical to ece in end of 2nd semester? I want to pursue ece from ldce but my rank isn't in the cutoff range of ece - I'm thinking of choosing Electrical branch and then change my branch in 2nd year. Please tell me if this is possible?
