My name is Amber, 25 Transfemme from the Netherlands. I am into cars, fantasy movies and books, finding gems on Vinted, fantasy style games like Baldur’s Gate and Dragon Age, and strategy games like Crusader Kings III. Over the past years I've collected quite some Funko's and Lego’s. Last year I went to my first Comic Con and Ren Fair and my goal is to make an Outlast Trails cosplay for the next one! Currently, I am looking for people to play- or to hang out with. I am usually online after midnight CET, so people from any country are welcome if they line up with these times!

I usually play the following games: Crusader Kings III, Stellaris, Cyberpunk, Sea of Thieves, Outlast Trials, Baldur’s Gate, Red Dead Online, Back 4 Blood, GTA Online (and soon 6!), Project Zomboid, Sims 4 and some racing games. Currently I am busy playing Tomodachi Life on the Switch 2, Sea of Thieves and Tomb Raider on PC.

Hello, I am a neurodivergent girly. I've had ADHD all my life and now, at the ripe age of 28–about to turn 29, I have been diagnosed with autism. Honestly, finding that out now makes so much sense and has helped me understand myself a lot better. I live somewhere in the Midwest and my sleep schedule is a ✨️mess!✨️ Thanks insomnia!💜 My friends–well friend (singular) has stated many times that I am a nerdy dork and can sometimes get a little carried away with the dramatic flare I use when I talk to people I am comfortable with. They also said I am a bit “dumb or clueless” at times… To be fair, they are right. èné (I also like emoji's so if you're not cool with that, oh well!)

I may come off a bit closed off to begin with but I will try to open up as best I can. Or maybe, I should say, I WANT to be open with people again–because I really do want that. This isolation BS is suffocating and as my therapist said, “It's unfair that I am punishing and hurting myself this way when I don't even deserve it.” She's right.

I really want to find people that I can be my dino and alien nerdy, dorky, punny (fun and puns), fandom and meme obsessed brain dead idiot that I am. I cannot walk on eggshells with people anymore, I did that enough with my last friend group and got burned by it. For my mental sanity I cannot do it and I hope I meet people who understand.

If you want to be my friend then I am going to try my hardest to be my authentic self, and if you don't like it then please just walk away. Don't intentionally hurt me just to get back at me because of hidden resentment. That's not cool! >:/

For my interests

Gaming - Ironically as of April 1st I am officially stuck on console gaming because my PC up and quit life on me and I don't have the funds to fix it. The games I play are: Ark Ascended, Wuthering Waves, Roblox, Monster Hunter Wilds, Avatar Frontier of Pandora, Path of Titans, Minecraft, RDR2, Palia, Ghost of Yotei/Tsushima. It would be really nice to find a nice group of gals or boys to play MHWilds with as I just started it and am obsessed with the game, but it gets a little lonely not having anyone to play with.

Writing - I am not very good at it though and my confidence in it is nonexistent when I try to make something. I am doing my best to overcome it! It's been a while since I wrote anything consistently so all my stuff now sounds like the babblings of a 5 year old. I am working on 2 personal passion projects of mine, one of which I hope will someday turn into a trilogy, the other is used for venting and just self expression. Meeting other fellow writers and people who are obsessed with their own stories and characters would be a wonderful thing!

Shows & Movies - I like sci-fi and horror and fantasy. Grew up with all of that and still love it to this day! I just recently finished Handmaids and boy was that an experience 💀 Venom Trilogy, HTTYD, Jurassic Park/World (but only up to Fallen Kingdom), I am somewhat well versed in the Alien and Predators franchises but might get stuff wrong, any horror slashers (besides Terrorizer and a few select others like Obsession are no go's for me, while I appreciate theme in Obsession, I do not like watching movies like that a whole lot) are things I used to binge as a kid, still don't know why my family just let me watch all these horror movies when I was 12, and lastly GOT and HOTD are things I have watched and enjoy discussing.

Animes - I have watched a fair bit of animes when I was a kid but kind of fell out of it as I grew older while everyone else grew into it, which sucked. I am slowly reintroducing myself to animes but only specific ones that I find interesting. So far I have watched Trigun/Trigun Stampede (have yet to watch Stargaze), The Summer Hikaru Died and have been crazy about those 2 animes for a while! I like animes with a meaning and purpose and don't enjoy animes that are just full of waifus and lolibait or whatever it's called when a character is 300+ but looks like they are 13, GROSS!! The biggest anime I was into when it was popular was Tokyo Ghoul, I built my whole personality around that anime when I was a kid, it was so cringe 😅

Music - I love all kinds of music starting from instrumental all the way down to K-pop, the only thing I don't enjoy is screamo music or music where people just scream lyrics, it sounds like nails on a chalkboard for me. I love listening to musicals the most: Epic and Hadestown are the two I enjoy the most right now.

Life - While I would like to say I am a fun and whimsical person in real life, that would be a lie. I am quite boring in person, frankly because I never leave my house and for the life of me can't get a job either even with my 23 and counting applications out there. I spend most of my days holed up in the darkest corner of my house like the loser that I am and am either gaming, checking job applications or writing and forgetting the world exists. Unfortunately, however, I have gotten quite sick since April 11th and have been that way ever since so I might be a tad bit unavailable sometimes when I am having a bad day and am dealing with extreme pain from my chronic illness. I will do my best to communicate my availability but sometimes I might not get that option based on how often I have found myself rushed to the ER because the pain has become suddenly and inexplainably unbearable and I might be gone for a few days until stabilized. I have no control over what this illness does to me, I am afraid.

Hobbies - Outside of gaming I have spent most of my life around animals. Horses, dogs and cats are my specialty. I love birdwatching too, my neighborhood just got a new pair of crows on the street but I have yet to find them. My best bet is that they have nested on the super massive tree somewhere in the neighborhood behind mine but its so big its kinda hard to see whats hanging out up there. I would really love to get back into animal work once I am fit and able to return to the workforce, mayhaps a doggy daycare to start off with and then explore from there.
