Completely heartbroken by my first and only gay boyfriend

I (21M) was in a relationship with a guy (19M) for almost 8 months. We live in India, and because of that, we aren't open about our sexuality with anyone. But I loved him so much that I started planning to come out and live with him. I am bisexual and was never planning on being in a gay relationship, but he changed that. I loved him with all my heart.

Recently, however, I started uncovering a web of lies. He had told me that the relationship with his ex was completely over before we even met, but I found messages from just a few months ago where he was apologizing to her. When I confronted him, he claimed they were only pretending to be in a relationship in front of their friends and that there was nothing actually going on between them. I chose to believe him, even though it was hard to swallow.

Then, I saw some very spicy texts with another guy. When I confronted him about this, he told me that his friend was using his Instagram account to text his own boyfriend because the friend’s account was banned/deleted (I didn’t ask for details). This time, I had to make sure it was true because the texts were way too explicit—there were literally messages talking about what they would do to each other if they met in person.

I asked for his friend's number (the one who supposedly used my boyfriend's Instagram) and DM'd him. He admitted that he did it, but the strange thing was that when I checked the number on a caller ID app, it belonged to the very guy my boyfriend was supposedly texting on his friend's behalf. I demanded the truth, which finally forced him to give me the real number. At that point, I was heartbroken and lost all hope. I had been planning my entire future with this man against my family’s wishes.

The final nail in the coffin was finding his Telegram. Even if I couldn't 100% prove whether the Instagram DMs were sent by my boyfriend or his friend, the Telegram left no doubt. There were audio clips of him being so... explicit. A few months ago, he had planned to meet a different guy through Telegram. He did meet him, but promised me they didn't do anything physical. That part was actually confirmed by audio clips where my boyfriend said, “Oh, it’s so bad that we can’t do anything.” They were planning another meet-up and switched to WhatsApp for easier texting. He admitted to the texting while insisting nothing physical happened. The WhatsApp chat has since been deleted.

I'm writing this while still processing what to do. Even after all this, I can't bring myself to hate him. He promised me that nothing happened and that he won't do it again. But every single time I gave him the chance to be honest and begged him not to lie, he did it anyway.

I really just want to find the strength to move on from him.

Is it wrong to want to explore my sexuality while being in a relationship?

I posted about this in another subreddit and all I got was people talking shit about my boyfriend.

I am 20. I have a boyfriend and we've been in a committed relationship. I opened up to him about my attraction to women and he told me I'm free to explore my sexuality and is okay with an open relationship as long as it limits strictly to women.

I suggested threesomes if it turns out that I'm actually into women because it didn't feel fair towards him. And he insisted it's all up to my wish to do it or not.

Yet, when I asked in some groups to see how I could find like-minded women, all I received was backlash against my boyfriend. Saying he is homophobic when he has been nothing but supportive to me figuring this out.
