Labcorp OGTT results disappeared?

Has anyone had this happen with a Labcorp OGTT before?

I did a 4-sample OGTT yesterday with multiple blood draws + one urine sample. The staff only asked me for ONE urine cup during the whole test and accepted it normally.

Today my portal is showing a bunch of “Urine Glucose TNP / unable to collect sufficient specimen” notices for fasting, 1/2 hr, 1 hr, 2 hr, even 5 hr and 6 hr urine glucose, which makes no sense because I never even did a 5-6 hour test.

What’s weird is that earlier I briefly saw some glucose-related results in the portal, but now they disappeared and only the urine TNP notices remain.

Did Labcorp somehow hide/remove the blood glucose portion of the OGTT? Or is this just a portal glitch? My order also says “This order was created by the interface.”

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

LabCorp DNA test came back, but the chain of custody may be wrong. Can this be used legally in court?

Hey everyone, I really need some outside advice because this whole situation has turned into a circus lol.

I recently took a DNA test with someone who might be my biological father. I personally paid for a legal test through LabCorp because it was supposed to be used in court. The results came back fast (Friday test → Wednesday results), which already felt weird for a legal test.

Now that I’ve reviewed the paperwork, I’m realizing the entire chain of custody is messed up:

- The only signature on the chain‑of‑custody form besides ours is the collector’s.

- There is NO neutral witness signature anywhere.

- The collector photocopied our IDs, but the ID copies were not attached to the packet.

- The identity verification section is completely blank.

From what I’ve read, a legal DNA test requires:

- an impartial third‑party witness

- ID copies attached to the chain‑of‑custody

- identity verification completed

- photos taken (this part was done)

- collection at an authorized legal DNA facility

So now I’m sitting here with a test that looks official but that possible don't meet ANY of the legal standards. And to make it worse, the other party already ran to the media with this like it was a court‑ready result, but they didn't have access to the chain of custody only I did which I got today.

My question is:

Is this test legally valid at all? Can a court use this? And what should I do next?

Any advice from people who’ve dealt with legal DNA testing or chain‑of‑custody issues would be appreciated.

Combining two Labcorp lab orders into one blood draw?

Hi everyone, I recently saw two endocrinologists, and one of them was for a second opinion. Both doctors ordered different Labcorp lab orders with different tests.

I wanted to ask whether I can bring both lab orders to Labcorp and have the staff combine the blood work orders together, so all of the tests from both doctors can be drawn during the same visit instead of needing separate blood draws. Has anyone done something similar before? Thank you!

OnDemand Hepatitis B Immunity Test - Is it Quantitative or Qualitative?

Hi! Does anyone have information on whether the Labcorp OnDemand Hepatitis B Immunity Test will show a quantitative result?

The website only says it tests Hepatitis B Surface Antibody, not whether it’s a titer or just positive/negative.

I tried calling labcorp but the lady wasn’t sure. I don’t want to go to a doctor’s visit again to get this test done. My insurance has a high deductible.
