No stridor but bad feeding difficulties & choking?

Hi everyone! My baby was diagnosed with mild laryngomalacia and tethered arytenoid cartilages. At 5 months I barely hear stridor now. However, he still has significant feeding challenges. It was the worst when his silent reflux was not well managed (0.3 ml Famotidine twice a day at around 5.3 kg). He would choke, cough, have gurgly breaths and generally be very anxious around feeding. After starting low dose PPI of 1.7 ml at 5.3 kgs he got better after the initial acid battle - no gurgly breaths, coming willingly to the bottle etc. until the dose became insufficient as he grew and he started showing discomfort and anxiety in the evenings. We upped the omeprazole dosage from 2.1 to 2.5 ml at 6.3 kg but he has been in a very bad state for a week since - likely acid battle or reaction to the sodium bicarbonate in the compounding. Only getting calories in after he sleeps. Only feeding for 2 mins and pulling away. He has always had green mucus poops, Even on HA formula (Pepticate) - he refused neocate. He also in a swallow study showed initially intermittent and with fatigue more frequent deep penetrations up to the level of pyriforms

I guess my question is, is this extent of feeding challenges common if the stridor is nearly gone? Or does it mean are our feeding challenges are caused by something else?
