It is CRIMINAL that we had to wait 5 years for this masterpiece

This is the best thing ever produced in late night history, full stop. The fact that Paul Shaffer appeared to sing only validates my point.

Shame on the Late Night headwriters, to keep this hidden for so long.

In all seriousness, what a great show overall. It was really nice to see how everyone's hard work on the show was acknowledged, and I personally had a blast watching it.

It’ll be weird to have just two shows in the 11:30pm time slot. Which show will be the next to end it’s run?

I’m not sure which one it’ll be, but I doubt that both the Tonight Show and Kimmil make it into the 2030s together.

You wait until Letterman gets on…

Letterman is coming on tomorrow night and I think everybody should be tuning in. Dave was in that chair and was the face of the network for 22 years and has been incredibly outspoken when it comes to Trump, the late night situation, and the filthy rich cowards and weasels at CBS.

I think he’s gonna verbally bulldoze everybody that has it coming. Going after GE probably cost him the tonight show gig and he did it anyway because they were a bunch of rich morally corrupt bastards. This time he doesn’t have anything to lose and the GE takeover is nothing compared to this. People talk about platforms… this is the guy with a platform. When he talks people listen and he’s gonna show Stephen for the saint he is and he’s gonna show Trump and his minions for the schmuckweasels that they are.

He was always able to destroy anybody with words off-the-cuff so here’s hoping he’s got some fire left in him.

I just watched Colbert questions to Obama and it made me so happy

They uploaded the Colbert 15 question segment to the former president. It makes me so happy to see a real person with a sense of humor and genuine empathy as our former president. We are living in dark and toxic times. So much so that we often forget about decency in public office that once existed.

Late Night Shows Viewership

On the Colbert interview of all the hosts they mentioned more people are watching late night than ever? Is this true??

Bad financials are because of the way they are watching it?
