tldr: I left just before vanguard hit league, but with the recent changes I'm willing to give the game a try.

Last year I saw that leblanc was getting a vgu and was tempted to go back, but I imagined that her getting more popular would do more harm than good (she's a pain to play against, so I foresaw complaints, high pick and ban rate and possible nerfs). But how's she doing today? Is she more popular than pre-vgu? Stronger? And how are her matchups against the new champions? (since vanguard)

Also, is she being played as support now? I watched a few clips on social media and thought that was interesting.

And last but not least: what happened to boots? In the clips I watched some champions don't build boots at all, while others do. Is that a new meta?

Picked league back up from like a 1,5 year break and im struggling to find any VODs from good lb players, as bobqin doesnt upload anymore (sadge), so what are some good lb mains or otps to watch and learn from??

I’m wanting to play Leblanc but I’m not sure what to build. I see a lot of people building gunblade over ludens or sometimes both, I also see people building malignance (and personally I like building malignance for even a shorter ult cooldown despite it already being short).

I understand that her build is dependent on the matchup, so is there rules where I can easily remember what build to go ? Such as if I’m vsing tank, I’ll replace xxx with Liandry’s or if I’m vsing xxx I’ll replace xxx with Gunblade, etc;

I also see people building mejai’s but just for this purpose I’d preferred to leave it out for now, otherwise if it’s really needed, what do I replace it with ?

Hi, so I have been looking for a mid lane main for a long time, preferably a one that I can otp and put a lot of time in. Is LeBlanc a good choice? I tried her a few times and I really like her kit but I am not sure if I know what her champion indentity is.

i was hating on the skin saying she looks like a trainee mess and that it isn't giving prestige (which are both true)

but then i realized i kinda like the messy nasty dirty ho vibe it's giving off like she's basically wearing nothing in this skin and her outfit is kinda similar to OG lb and her body is kinda tea too (she has big boobs) and the cape isn't as long in skin so the way i cope with the ugly run animation is by telling myself she's trolling / running like that ironically because she thinks it's funny to cosplay as a floppy messy troll and i've been having a lot of fun with it after my affirmations

i feel like this would be the best place to ask, i struggle a lot when laning against leblanc, her trade pattern is almost impossible to punish so it becomes hard to walk up to last hit minions, and you cant even do it under tower because the tower wont aggro because of how fast her blink is, i would like some advice, perhaps some counterpicks or some weaknesses that can be exploited, i primarily main zed, i would appreciate your help 🥹🙏

Edit: before rework i play her sometimes but i was interested in her kit only, now after visual and maybe lore rework, plus how she appearing in official videos i think her old kit doesn’t suit on her very good, just it, but i am not a main, just like her current lore and visual design

Is it just me or does it feel literally impossible right now to play into Doran's Helm champs? I played into Yone, my autos felt like they did nothing, and unless I was landing a full combo I couldn't even chunk him much getting through his W.

This matchup usually isn't much of a problem but holy hell this was so difficult, is this normal?
