Should the EFL trophy award a play-off spot?
They sort of do it in Italy & I think it would be a good idea if, any team that doesn't already finish top 6 in League 1 or top 7 in League 2 that wins the EFL trophy should get into the play-offs instead of the team in 6th/7th.
Although I acknowledge this season it would've meant Luton getting in instead of Stevenage & I like Stevenage so that would've been a shame, but I think in general it would cause a lot of teams to take the cup far more seriously. If you get relegated this would of course cancel out this benefit, so you'd at least need to avoid relegation.
I get the downside is you could argue that a team could finish 20th & therefore wouldn't really deserve play-offs, but I personally think this would be outweighed by how much better it would make the cup, also you could potentially make it so that the team has to finish in the top half to receive this benefit.
What do people think?
I can't believe it's only Monday
This is shit. Hurry up week, I've never been more excited to spend a Saturday night in a travelodge near Milton Keynes in my entire life.
I moaned we didn't get Box Park the last couple of times, but now we have I can't believe I wanted to pay £10 to pay £10 for a pint.
5 Target man Strikers Championship teams should be looking at.
The brief is a strong aerial presence with good goal conversion and involvement, with good shot efficiency.
I have been working on a team specific recruitment document, and a lot of effort goes into analyzing data from each league with no reward. So I thought I would show off a few of the top performers to see some rewards for my efforts.
Bojan Radulovic (Huddersfield Town)
Kyle Wootton (Stockport County)
Sam Dalby (Bolton Wanderers)
Jayden Wareham (Huddersfield Town)
Lorent Tolaj (Plymouth Argyle)
Which would you choose for your team? Or is there someone I have missed?
Yes, I posted this earlier and have rewritten my post, without AI jazzing it up.

One of Salford City and Notts County will be playing in League 1 next season, with both reaching the League 2 playoff final
Salford have never played in the third-tier
Notts last played in the third-tier in 14/15
Quiz: How many players from this League One season can you name?
Hope this is okay to post here.
I've made a quiz where you have to try and name as many of the 748 League One players from this season as you can in one hour (you can quit before then if you can't think of any more).
Hope someone as mentally unwell as me enjoys playing this.
Good luck.

Odd EFL Cup change for next season
Not sure anyone has been discussing this yet, but the start of next season is going to be a bit different. Round 1 of the EFL Cup will be the weekend before the start of the new season (7-9 and 14-16 Aug repsectively), rather than the first couple of midweeks as it has been previously.
League fixtures and EFL Cup/Trophy draws to be made Thursday 25th June.

The S*n issues deep, heartfelt apology after insensitive headline following death of Bolton Fan Iain Purslow
Done one for the Stags!
I personally think it looks nice, the blue they have now didn’t really work well with what I wanted and this navy shade looks better.
