Saw this on a random recommended sub.

EDIT: In case it wasn't extremely obvious: Yes, this isn't the finished scene which will be shown during release.

As more stuff comes out for Zach Cregger's Resident Evil, the more deviations I see from the old script. While the main story is still the same, second act faced a lot of changes during the development as here are some differences that I had spotted.

IMG2:Carl (Paul Walter Hauser's character) now seems to be a swap of Pauline in the early script. Now he will bring all the exposition and be less equipped Umbrella scientist.

IMG3: Kali Reis instead still POSSIBLY plays Pauline but her role was changed to be an umbrella enforcer character which was Max in the leaked script. We can see that confirmed by the leaked videos from the set where Kali Reis (at least I think that's her) does the tough guy moment from the script.

IMG4:While I am not sure about it but the newly released BTS image from Empire magazine shows us an Umbrella scientist. While it may just be a moment later in the film I think that Cregger decided to include a flashback sequence which shows how exactly the T-Virus broke out instead of making everything just verbal like in the old script.

IMG5: From the leaked script we would assume that Paul Walter Hauser's character would become Bryan's sidekick for the sewer sequence, but judging by the leaked set videos and new Empire magazine photos we literally see Carl get dragged away by a tentacle and presumably die. While Kali Reis's character might still be alive, in the script Max died after his scene so I wouldn't expect her to do so too.

Again take everything I say with a grain of salt as it is just an observation but it makes me wonder how much of the script was changed from the old leaked draft

From Iron Studios figure for Avengers Doomsday

For those confused I’m referring to the leaked footage of Doom raising the sentinels outside the X Mansion while all the Avengers are surrounded by them. Part of the scene is also in the New Look we got at D23.

Pretty much every reliable leaker has stated this plot leak to be true, for the most part. I know reshoots will affect some of it. My question is where does the sentinel scene line up with this, if true? The X Men fight is stated to resolve with a solution to build cannons on each Earth. It can’t possibly be later on because Act 3 takes place on Latveria and we don’t see Doom until after they find out Loki’s heart was ripped out.

Either this script was heavily modified, because we see there’s some truth to it, so maybe reshoots changed it significantly… or someone with some plot leaks tried to piece the rest of it together and missed in a lot of aspects.

Note: there’s another plot leak I’ll link in the comments below that states Doom already won in Doomsday, and most of these event: are flash backs, nobody else has addressed this to be true or false on twitter so it’s more likely on the false side, but it lines up more with the trailers we’ve gotten and how hidden they’ve been with what they reveal. Let’s see…

>!from the plot leak we got, which was confirmed by John Campea, if we compare it with the Brand New Day post-credit scene, the D23 Hugh Jackman jokingly wanting to join the cast, the Loki TVA card, Doom's alternate outfit shown at D23, the Latverian witches, Doctor Strange following Doom as a follower, probably Earth-96283 (Tobey's world) getting destroyed in the incursion, Doctor Doom touching the mural of his wife and child in the castle, and the Latverian witches being shown in few of the frames from the Doomsday special look, we can see that the leak might actually be legit (or at least partially legit if they changed something last minute).!<
