[1990s] Please enjoy these 1,183 GIF dividers from the early web.

Greetings! I wanted to share this archive accumulated over the past 30 years. These vintage GIFs should scale nicely due to lazy loading code to not burden your device. Here's hoping they bring back some really fond memories.

Hey im new here 👋

Hey, anyone got tips for reddit because I heard it can be very strict when a Newby, what's this karma mean when it comes to posting on communities? Or even the profile being too new to post?

Practicing my post formatting. What’s one Reddit tip you wish you knew earlier?

Hi everyone! 👋

I'm still pretty new to Reddit and I'm practicing how to write a normal, engaging post with some basic formatting. I wanted to try bold, italics, lists, and how to ask a question that might actually help others too.

Here’s what I tried:

  • Using short paragraphs so it’s easy to read
  • Adding a little emoji (not too many)
  • Making a short list
  • Ending with a real question

My question for you:

What’s one small thing you wish you had known earlier when you first started using Reddit? It could be about formatting, subreddit rules, or just general etiquette.

I’d love to hear your tips. They really help new users like me!

Thanks for letting me practice here 😊

Practicing my first post on Reddit, talking about things most people hate but you secretly enjoy

You probably see my user name and have several ideas pop in your mind. One being about the defunct free-to-play game by the same name. Well the first thing that came to mind is a song by Five Finger Death Punch. Now, I know some people hate them with a passion and I get in on the jokes as well....but in all honesty, their music isn't terrible. It's not re-inventing the wheel but I find it decent enough to listen to in the background without losing my lunch.

This is where I'll open up the floor to discussion, is there anything that you secretly enjoy that a lot of people have universal hate for? Could be a movie, a video game, a book...anything at all. No holds bared here.

First post after deleting regrettable username account and switching to newone.

Glad I'm getting to know reddit gradually. Anyone with me?
