Overseas IP: No Automatic Protection in China📣📣📣

China implements a first‑to‑file system for confirming rights.

Even if you own trademarks or patents overseas, they are not legally protected without registration in China.

If factories counterfeit, resell your designs, molds or brands without authorization,

you will find it difficult to pursue legal liability.

Free samples carry high risks❗️❗️❗️

Always pay for custom‑made pre‑production samples.

Free samples are mostly existing stock,

with materials inconsistent with mass‑production goods.

Two sample revisions are normal;

over four revisions indicate unstable factory craftsmanship

— consider switching suppliers.

Why are there so many Chinese in Twitter?

I have noticed a large number of users in Twitter and they post a lot of misogynistic content and often use harsh language against foreigners or Chinese women who have a relationship with them. As a foreigner I often felt a bit sad but I know it's just internet stupid stuff.

However isn't that illegal? I have heard China has many laws against such hate and their posts have reached numerous cases of virality.
