Still out of order, a continuation of a previous post of stories, but I can probably get into some character lore lol

Leonarda: main character. Goes by Lea. Lion queen. Story as of currently follows her from childhood to her years as queen. Crosses over with canon characters in their own childhoods but is gone long before canon series begins. Bullied throughout her life by her uncle who tries to sabotage everything in her reign. Eventually gets him executed but lives with the nightmares haunting her whole life.

Erythnia: lowkey my favorite design. in this AU the tribes are split into different clans somewhat related to species and subspecies under the genera and families of the umbrellas (i.e. hawks falcons kestrels etc all being different clans in the eagle tribe, or like different apes and primates in the gorillas, etc.). she is the Featherhead of the Merina flock, and headmaster of the Avian academy, which is mostly an eagle school but open to whoever else qualifies academically. takes small Lea in as a personal student after seeing how badly she is treated at lion school. Her best friend and greatest rival is the next character.

Roxan: apothecary. infamous former mercenary known by the name of the Red Robber. Runs an underground guild called the Robbers-Den. Formerly an Avian student, in Erythnia’s class. Would have been valedictorian but slacked and got second cuz he didn’t care. his arc touches on prejudices among tribes and plays into critique of the stereotypes they’re given in show. Becomes Lea’s tutor through a personal favor of Erythnia. tied in a very complicated knot with Duchess General Lysandra.

Ligor: Lea’s uncle. very charming. Major prick. does some cringe bad stuff to Lea and to his own family. lore itself goes kinda dark.

lysandra: Duchess General. Ligor’s wife. Estranged from him because of violent marriage. Eventually becomes Lea’s biggest defender and protector.

longinus: lea‘s bodyguard. Murdered by Ligor. I’m slowly getting more and more bored as I write this out which is why the descriptions get more and more lacking, but he does play a pretty big role being the whole love interest and all. (the catch: bodyguards and their charges due to protocol cannot court.) Is loyal to a fault.

wakira: was in the previous post. appears much later. chief of the wolf tribe and of his personal pack. hates the lions. not really malicious, just very bitter.

Light vs Vampire tribes or Prehistorics? You're also welcome to leave any other theme or storyline ideas you would have liked to see.

I always wished season 2 had introduced more good animal factions. We got the Rhinos which was cool, but I wish they explored more woodland creatures like Skinnet and Furty. It would have been cool if LEGO took some inspiration from Redwall or Bloomburrow.

So a year ago I came across this really awesome Chima OC on Instagram, sadly I cannot find the OP anymore on there. I’m hoping that maybe they are in this subreddit ? If so, this character is awesome. If anyone knows who made this please let me know. Thanks!

There is a very long winded story associated with these fake screenshots and they’re currently all out of order so don’t assume that what you see is the actual chronological thing (cuz it’s not) lol

Anyway. Meet Leonarda. In this story she’s the queen before LaGravis. She’s a cousin. Her story technically has no effect on canon (even though I’m also making a separate season 3 rewrite in the same continuity, as well as rewriting the entirety of early Phoenix chima). This story is about as tragic as everything else I make, which unfortunately means like. No happy ending, or at least very bittersweet. Yk.

oh yeah and a misspelled dad joke at the end 😭

I know that season 3 should have had more episodes, but I would still like to comment on what we got in the end.

First, Laval and the others saved Liella, that's great. Then let's make Flinx feel sorry for his father who is sad, who constantly ignores him, and then let him find his spark or wings. And leave like he's on drugs. And go confront the hunters.

And let him fall into the gorge. Literally, Flinx. And when he fell in, he was flapping his wings the whole time and fell again. Then the stupidest thing in that episode is that they fly that temple into the gorge as if there were no smaller craft. And in the end, they capture them too. The only good thing is that they found Lavertus.

And with the help of the golden Chi, they managed to escape. And during that time, the hunters somehow managed to make a surprise attack and freeze almost the entire Chima, as if all the armies in Chima were asleep.

And then when they find Tormak they go in search of the wings. When they found the first wings it was hard just like the one on that mountain.

But the other ones were all pretty easy to find and besides they were in really stupid locations. The one in the tree for example, how no one has found them in all those years and centuries is strange. (Fluminox also says they are in the remains of their cities.)

And then bam episode 15 and we all know how it ends. They should have made a few more episodes, if only season 3 had 20 episodes.

And who knows maybe they would have sold more sets and maybe they wouldn't have canceled Chima.
