lidl plus
did anyone get training on the new lidl plus app?
my store hung some flyers up on the communication board but i half ass read that because i feel like if it were important, they'd say it. but like none of my managers have said anything to me or anyone i don't think about the switch over from MyLidl to LidlPlus for customers other than it's happening type shit.
i feel like it's kind of important because most of our customers just type in a number and don't even use the app. but like ?? we never prepped our customers so of course they're like wtf is this time period of not using either app until the 15th and having to download a new app + sign up. but also i guess these people didn't notice the new branding all over the store either?? idk
