My IUD expires in December, and I've noticed that my libido is basically nonexistent. I think it always has been low with the IUD but maybe got worse due to stopping caffeine and IUD being close to expiring. Anyone have a similar experience?

I finally got my copper ID removed and honestly, i have this sub to thank for that! I was having all of the classic, horrible symptoms of insanely heavy periods, brain fog, lethargy, PMDD symptoms that were lasting 10 days or more before my period and zero libido. Overall, it was a nightmare. I just got it removed about a week ago. I definitely felt immediate relief after getting it out. I feel like my body could sense it and everything just always felt inflamed and painful in the pelvic region. The worst was pain during sex, and I even feel like I was getting pain rectally and in my vaginal canal outside of my period a lot, I’m wondering if anyone else experienced this?
Anyways, a week out and things have been feeling really good but tonight I got one of those horrible lightning butt cramps again that lasted for a few minutes and now I’m feeling some weird pressure/pain/cramping in my lower pelvic region. I hadn’t experienced this so frequently or for such long stretches until getting the copper IUD. I’m wondering if anyone had lasting inflammation pain that went away after getting their copper IUD out or if maybe I have something else going on? I’m sure it takes a while for the inflammation to go down and my body to just reset from the whole experience, but curious to hear everyone else’s thoughts on what their removal was like and how long it took for their body to feel better physically!
