Hey everybody, I bought the following from Theory Sabers last winter: Ani III - The Chosen One, Proffie - 36" Blade. I have used it twice so far (and by used I mean turned it on and done some twirls and what not). I wanted to do so again but it refuses to turn on unfortunately. I checked the Theory Sabers website and Youtube for help as to WHY it wasn't working anymore but I didn't find a single guide for this type of connector/sound board between it and the hilt weirdly enough.

I recharged the board (respecting the V limit) but when I then put the board back in the hilt, nothing seems to happen. 

When I use the on/off switch on the board itself, the double lights will sometimes flash with a voice that says something (don't really understand it), so I assume the board itself may not be the problem.

When I look inside the hilt, I see that the connector seems perforated? I have taken the Sound Board out to charge only twice as I mentioned nor have I forcefully pushed it in. 

I never incorrectly aligned the polarities (removed the battery from the board a grand total of 1 time).

Only ever charged it 3-4 hours max, respecting the V + A limit (photo of the charger I used attached).

I haven't used the blade in any 'combat', haven't twisted the core, haven't unscrewed the hilt from the middle section or even attempted the remove the SD card to alter files etc.

I reached out to Theory Sabers multiple times in the last 2 months (by email, through their contact option on their website and even through Facebook as I was running out of patience) but have received no response so far...

Does anybody have any ideas/experience with this sort of issue?

The CSF parts really brought my vision to life and gave it a much cleaner look than the original concept.
It’s a mixed build using CSF, Vire, and TXQ parts, so gathering everything was a bit of a challenge, but the result is awesome, as you can see! 😄

I’ve built a ton of lightsabers this year, and MAUL was absolutely awesome‼️ With *MANDALORIAN AND GROGU* coming up, everything around me is all about Star Wars.

was mass deleting files without making backups, and I know I'm stupid for not doing so, but now my saber won't turn on. Was their something in the 25-ish files I deleted that was important? It won't charge or turn on, and I made sure non of the config files were touched. i'm quite sure the board is a Xenopixel V2, and I don't remember who the original seller is. I know my saber is a red and gold solstice. I have tried what google has told me to do, and now I'm stuck. I have attached pictures of the board as well as the lightsaber, along with some images of the files. Please help!

Collection update from the last time, I need a bigger room. I only have Disney's Legacy Lightsabers, some bought from Disney online, some at Galaxy's Edge and some I found from people selling them. Not shown: 6 we have built at Savi's and the Star Cruiser Hilt.

My saber i recently bought only works when its pointed downward? (Xenv3) The button also does not work/turn anything on

Hey guys! Hope that you’re all doing well! So this is my third post on this sub, the first was asking about the Shadow Maul coupler if there were any replacements, and while you guys provided very valuable feedback it seemed at the time that there weren’t any replacements or options out there. So, I waited for the May 4th release, and picked up the Limited Edition Maul set, largely cause I love the character, but also so I could get a coupler and recreate it in CAD. That’s when I posted my second post, complaining about the LE set, LOL but I got what I wanted out of it anyways, so it was worth it for me.

It took me 4 different iterations, but I got the coupler to look and fit how I wanted it to, and it all fits tightly with no creaking or wobbling! I wanted to try and account for the fact that this is plastic and not metal, so I slightly increased the tolerances on things so the plastic wouldn’t break from tightening and un-tightening the coupler. I printed this all in PLA and it feels great, but a stronger material might be better for long term play and use idk yet I haven’t really tested it to its limits yet, so I’m open to any and all suggestions and feedback!! (Note: this only works with the Shadow Maul hilt + Legacy Maul hilt, and not 2 Legacy Maul hilts, due to the design of the connector itself being specific for the Shadow Maul hilt. Will also work with the Asajj Reformed Hilt as it’s exactly the same thing).

I decided to put some decent screen accurate blade plugs for my new Ahsoka's hilts and I am not disappointed with the final results, maybe not perfect though but quite pleased overall. Love Ahsoka and love the show, these are fine additions to my collection for sure.
