Durk Bounty Money Argument

So according to the prosecution Lil Durk brings the bounty money for the killing of Lul Pab on Million Dollaz Worth Of Game. Hearing this really makes me laugh on how much of a stupid pointless argument this is because someone drafted this up and said this is a great argument. The podcast is literally called million dollaz worth of game and Durk who is a multi millionaire/entrepreneur brings a million dollar lol. Pointless argument Drew probably will be using this point because are they gonna call any cash they see
from Durk within the 21/22 period bounty money😭😭😭

DURK TEXT MESSAGE POST VON DEATH

Reading this is upsetting seeing as 7 months later his brother DThang died so if this was his mindset day after Von died god knows how he was feeling post DThang death. Probably explains why 2022 all the murders of Stephon Mack, FBG Cash and Lul Pabb. Then after Pabb death he felt relieved as he drew blood for his family’s killer. Dropped Loyal Bros 2 and did a bunch of self incriminating and kind of done it on Almost Healed before completely hitting the rebrand as he was never going to touch up on those topics again on his music. FREE DURK innocent till proven guilty and I do believe he’s being treated wrong by the Feds but this is my opinion

Government Opposes Deandre Wilson’s (OTF Dede)Bond Request

The government has filled their opposition to OTF Dede’s request for bail. They also release photo evidence of OTF Dede and OTF Vonnie at In and Out Burger 45 minutes after the shooting. It looks like the new charges they plan on filing is VICAR murder and conspiracy to commit stalking.

The government filed an opposition to OTF defendant Deandre Wilson’s request for release from custody. Prosecutors argue that Wilson should remain detained because he allegedly played a leadership role in the August 2022 Los Angeles murder-for-hire plot, recruiting and coordinating other participants.

The filing states that Wilson allegedly committed the LA murder while already out on bond in a separate Chicago murder case, which prosecutors say demonstrates he is a continuing danger to the community. They also argue that recently announced plans to add charges—including VICAR murder and conspiracy to commit stalking—make detention even more appropriate, not less.

The government describes the evidence against Wilson as strong, citing witness testimony, text messages, and other evidence allegedly showing his involvement. The filing also includes a surveillance photo that prosecutors claim shows Wilson and co-conspirators at In-N-Out Burger less than 45 minutes after the shooting.

Bottom line: The government says Wilson is a danger to the community, poses risks to witnesses, and that no release conditions would adequately protect the public, so his bond request should be denied.

VICAR Murder: Violent Crimes in Aid of Racketeering 18 U.S.C. § 1959(a)(1)

The government plans to move forward in charging all of the defendants with this and it is very serious for not just them but OTF as a whole.

This law makes it a federal crime to commit murder to gain entrance to, maintain status in, or increase position within a criminal enterprise.

To convict someone of VICAR murder, prosecutors generally must prove:

  1. A criminal enterprise existed (alleged here to be OTF).
2.The enterprise engaged in racketeering activity.
3.The defendant was associated with the enterprise.
4.The defendant committed (or aided and abetted) a murder.
5.One purpose of the murder was to maintain or increase status within the enterprise or benefit the enterprise.

Why prosecutors may be adding it

Currently, the case is centered on:

1.Murder-for-hire
2.Firearms offenses
3.Racketeering conspiracy

VICAR murder would allow prosecutors to argue directly that the killing itself was committed to benefit the alleged gang enterprise.

Potential penalty
Mandatory life imprisonment
Or potentially the death penalty (though the government has not sought death in this case)

OTF Dede Back In Court Today 6/3/26,10am PST.

As we all know Dede is asking for a new bond today after filing a motion that the government may be planning to file new charges in their case. The new charges stem from a murder case in Chicago involving the death of Stephon Mack.
