I'm WFH IT planning to move in Lipa City. My therapist suggested to move out, and go to a suburban. Cooler weather nga pala talaga dito tsaka mura ang fresh produces. May areas ding mag greeneries unlike sa Maynila.

Pa-suggest naman po saang areas ang marerecommend ninyo paramagsolo living. Yung accessible sana sa public transpo, safe, hindi bahain, lesser prone sa interruptions ng tubig, internet at kuryente (if meron), malapit sa essentials. Any tips?
