Update: Lit is making this right, I spoke to customer service and they got back to me right away.

I've placed many orders with Lit Farms over time and have generally been happy, but the last two have me seriously considering switching.

The most recent order included 6 ounces, and one of the strains ("Wingsuit") was brown and completely unsmokable. After I reached out, they replaced it with what was supposed to be Rainbow Runtz—a strain I've ordered and enjoyed many times before. What arrived was in a Rainbow Runtz bag, but it looked, smelled, and smoked nothing like the real Rainbow Runtz I've gotten in the past.

It feels like they're just throwing whatever they have into the bags and labeling it whatever sells. This isn't the quality I've come to expect from them. Really disappointing.

Ordered on 6/26/2026. Wanting to celebrate July 4th but most likely not gunna happen. Printing label made on 6/30 still nothing. Wtf are yall doing ??????????

I’ve never had a package say “received without contents” what would I even do in this situation?

Really guys and I paid prio shipping. I got recommended to u guys got told great things and all I see is bad reviews and slow times

Termed 3 days ago. Broke ground yesterday. First pic this morning. 🔱🌱🖖🏼

LIT used to be really consistent with shipping times, but recently it’s been noticeably slower.

I placed an order on the 18th, got confirmation same day, but didn’t receive tracking until the 23rd. Since then it’s only shown “acceptance pending” (25th) with no updates.

Today is the 27th and there’s still no movement, even though the estimated ship window was listed as last Friday.

I understand delays happen, but this is much slower than my previous orders and the communication/fulfillment timeline feels inconsistent compared to how it used to be.

Watermelon skittlez. Essentials used to be solid bud. Now its un smokable trash. Luckily i grabbed a preferred pb breath as well or id be absolutely fucked. Homeless guy up the street gonna be happy with an ounce of reg at least!

They have Oakland Runtz in supreme and smalls in at the same time so I’m hoping the smalls are supreme smalls. Fingers crossed.

Ordered from LIT once before, joined their vip crap bc first order was good. Second order, Ordered on the 9th, didnt ship out till the 22nd per usps. I ordered smalls, I understand its cheaper, but bc smaller nugs of a good strain. Not sure what these big brown boys are. Ofc emailing support gets me nowhere. This is dishonesty.

my last two orders were take just one day to be shipped so I wonder is there any problem with this one. And it doesn’t look like they gonna make it on the 26th lol.
