made diana first, then akko —> flirting within 5 seconds of being made

I’m a hobbyist collector with a strong love for LWA and wanted to showcase my collection since it’s been a few years and I’ve gotten a couple of new little things :3 The biggest addition is the Akko Pop-Up Parade figure. Smaller additions include some lovely fan works! I included a few older images in here for stuff I didn’t want to take pictures of a second time haha A few details regarding my collection:

• I’ve been collecting for LWA since around 2019, but did the majority of my collecting between 2021 and 2022. I’ve purchased from a variety of sites, including Goodsmile (for figure pre-orders), Yahoo Auctions Japan, and Mercari; but the majority of my collection comes from eBay. I’m really particular about the listings I choose to buy from to ensure an item isn’t a scam or bootleg. In addition to official merch, I also love to collect fan merch at conventions and through their online stores.

• The bluray sets are all CIB, so they each came plastic-wrapped with the Chariot cards, booklets, etc. in addition to the discs.

• To my knowledge, I’m only missing two Shiny Chariot cards—Diana’s premium rare card as well as the Christmas card. While having both would be neat, each one goes for around $300-$400 respectively, last I checked, and I’m broke LOL Both cards were limited edition and given away at events in Japan rather than with the blurays.

-Additionally, the little brown book with “Little Witch Academia” printed in gold (image 4, top left), is actually a card booklet made up of plastic sleeves specifically for the Chariot cards! It’s a really cool little item that I’ve only ever seen for second-hand sale once. Granted, I haven’t looked in several years, but it was definitely expensive when I bought it haha

• The Akko broom figure was a Christmas gift from my best friend! I’m eternally thankful to her because my wallet was spared lul

• My holy grail item is probably the Alcor plush. It was only sold at the 2017 Tokyo Game Show. He was $200 at the time that I bought him, and I haven’t seen him up for re-sale since. If not Alcor, then probably the Chariot card booklet.

• Regarding items I’m missing but still want… there are a few art books I’m interested in, mainly FieldTrip and Yearbook, but they’re low-priority. I also want to get the Pop Up Parade figures for Sucy and Lotte, but I don’t really have anywhere to put them at the moment, so I’ve been holding off. Other than that though, I can’t really think of anything.

All in all, I love collecting for LWA! It’s my favorite anime series, so I’ve got no regrets when it comes to the shot my wallet took 🤣
