I am trying to make a business case if it’s worth to purchase a new SUV for the purpose of renting on Turo?

Anyone has experience in St. Thomas as a host? How’s the demand? Is it worth purchasing 45k SUV solely for this purpose?

I have a personal vehicle, so this is just a side hustle I am curious about, and if any success stories like started with 1 vehicle, now has multiple models/listings?

I have read multiple Reddit posts, though none are from my area of interest.

Also targeting CAD 100/day for 5 person AWD new SUV is doable for weekdays?

Ive given my application to a ton of ppl and it’s getting pretty exhausting ive spent so much time leading up to summer just going everywhere in bus giving ppl my application and even tho ik it’s kinda lacking I thought I’d atleast get a chance with some of them. Hey! I'm currently completing my undergrad at Western but am hoping to go to law school once I graduate. In the meantime, I plan to get some experience working/volunteering/observing anything of a similar setting to get a general rule of thumb when it comes to more professional environments. Does anyone have any advice on where I can obtain this experience and/or how someone with this aspiration should start out?
