Hi! to anyone who is currently in the program or have been through the interview process what questions were you asked in the interview? and what was the essay about?

hi, i want to enroll in fall 2026 but i came from another country. My grades are from there too and idk what to do with the measles shot thingy. Also is the TSI placement important? I’m just really clueless right now with the requirements. Plus i feel like it’s easier to ask an actual person than Google for advice. They also won’t take my grades cs it came from another country. Send help please 🙏🏼

I'm currently enrolled under Fatimah Elahian but haved hear good things about Esmeralda Martinez but her class is shorter. ill be working during this and it's my last class before I can transfer out.

Has anyone’s professor ever gave them the wrong final grade?

The ‘grades’ section for this class doesn’t give you a total at the top like other classes so i have had to calculate it myself. I keep getting a B even though my professor submitted a C. I have calculated it like 20 times always getting the same % which is a low B but a B nonetheless. I have had copilot, grok, chatgpt, etc all calculate the grade as well and all get the same as I do. My friends have done it and they also get the same. Not sure why the professor would give me a C. She even stated on her syllabus she doesnt round up/down.

I have messaged her but no response and its been 2 days now. Whats my next step? And how long should I wait to take the next step?

Hi all. I'm trying to enroll for precalculus for the fall 2026 semester but I'm getting course alerts which is strange. I've been emailing my advisors and I'm getting conflicting info which makes it even more confusing. The business office is not really being helpful here either. I already took trigonometry and college algebra so maybe that's why? but I think I can't enroll in calculus without precalc :/ I thought as of computer science included precalc ugh. I would check my math readiness but we haven't had that tile since spring 2026 for some reason ....

Does anyone know if I can stay late until 10pm on campus to study?

Anybody have experience with taking 2x 6 week classes at a time? I want to do 4 classes this summer (2 first half then 2 second half) or does this entirely depend on the type of class

I’m getting my ducks in order to be able to apply for the radiology program at Lone Star College for next year. And maybe it’s me because I didn’t read but did you guys know there’s a need for at least 15 hours of Imaging Observation-Volunteering. It gives you a higher chance before applying to get accepted. My question, if you knew about this where did you go? How did you sign up? How was your experience like? 15 hours isn’t much but I’m nervous to walk up to a hospital and ask then have them look at me crazy.

Is there a reason that my refund went down to 100? It was showing a different number previously then went to 100 so that just caught me off guard. Does that mean it’s getting refunded but then it wouldn’t sense that 100 would be left still😭

I am going to apply in MRT at the end of May,i got 90% in hesi,all A”s in all pre reqs. except B in English and having 3.78 gpa,still my final grades are pending but i am sure i will get A in all 4 subjects!
I have done 15hours observership at hospital too.
I want to know if won’t get in the program then which field in is good as pay POV in the future,which doesn’t require hesi again and application system!Let me know i need suggestions i dont want to waste my time by waiting for another year!

Anyone have advice for someone trying to get observation hours for the rad tech application?

I recently found out that my time spent observing an mri department may not be accepted on the application and now I’m racing to find observation hours for x-ray.

Seriously any input is appreciated 🙏
