How do I get a hold of support I've been waiting several days for my Redemption and I have submitted Redemption requests queries and not received any answers it never takes more than 24 hours and it's been several days I've already verified my cards my accounts been verified for over a year I've had no issues with any previous Redemption
I redeemed $115 on June 5 and I’m still waiting I’ve contacted support a few times and they just give the same not sounding response that my redemption is in the line or whatever. At what point do I accept I’m probably not getting the money and just play it back?
And yes I verified my age and everything before I even deposited.

This is getting really old with lonestar I use my husband‘s debit card one time to load up money and they made me do a verification process where he took a picture with his card and proved that he allowed me to use it, which is all fine and dandy. I appreciate them looking after people‘s account and information, but I have never used that card again and they are still making me verify every time with my own card with my name on it and now I have a $600 redemption pending. They literally just want you to spend the money and I’m not doing that.
