It shows five annual milestones: Engels-2 Air Base in 2022, the Redkino Experimental Plant in 2023, Olenya Air Base in 2024, the Orenburg Gas Plant in 2025, and the Omsk Refinery in 2026.
In four years, Ukraine has expanded its demonstrated reach from roughly 600 km to nearly 3,000 km flown — bringing the war back to the aggressor and targeting the infrastructure that sustains Russia’s war machine.

CNN showed empty Ukrainian Patriot systems near Kyiv — a direct consequence of Trump’s weak international policies since taking office.
