Trying to figure out a way to put a Spotify-like service onto an offline device.

I'd rather not spend literal days going through vast music libraries and sorting them into the various moods or mix playlists I'm likely to listen to (basically I should use spotify) but I want a dedicated MP3 player that I can take along with me that preferably also has Bluetooth capability.

What are my options?

The person who designed this must be a genius, we need more such simple useful hacks(a handle for a paper cup for holding hot tea)

Solution for Honking

I've been wanting to do something about the noise pollution due to honking in traffic in India.

Here's an idea. A small device between the horn switch and the actual horn, it'll count the number of honks and we'll put a limit to 50/day. It'll also check the duration of the honk, anything more than 0.5 second is counted as 2 horns.

Should be tough to tamper with. Initially the government should give it for free and make sure people and companies comply.

Citizens will then use the horn judiciously instead of using it whenever the light turns green or they're bored in traffic.
