The best fairy tail that will never happen again

First time in New Orleans and I’m staying at Caesar’s. Go for a walk around town then come back and see the Sportsbook and I say I’m going to make a bet. No rhyme or reason I named off ML bets to the Sportsbook team. I also made a $5 “tip” bet to the Sportsbook team. I tell the lady before I leave “all we can do now is hope and pray”

I tell my girlfriend “I’m not checking this ticket until tomorrow” well we went to dinner and I sat down at a blackjack table and I’m seeing all the highlights of the day and I say…wow a lot of these games I won on.

Come to find out my last game I’m waiting on is the Sox vs Cubs bottom 8th inning in a rain delay. I try to cash my bet early but nobody would let me do it so I had to ride the storm. The game ended up resuming at about 11pm. I look up and the cubs scored in the bottom of the 9th.

To make this full circle, the batter who got the RBI went to LSU.

Ladies and gentleman I won $39,000 after taxes and the tip I gave the Sportsbook team was $9890 after taxes.

This will never be recreated more than likely and I’m thinking I’m going to purchase a home.

Just wanted to show you guys this is possible but very unlikely. I still can’t believe I won, felt like a bomb going off in my head when it happened.

edit to clarify I told the Sportsbook team to make themselves a ticket and I would pay $5 on it. Kinda like tipping a blackjack dealer on a hand. They took the ticket and put it in their tip jar where it sat overnight until i cashed my own ticket. They will take the taxes but I had to sign for it.

Who could have guessed I would actually got it correct lol
