S9 and Lumix S 20-60, by the sea

A few pics taken last week at Wells by the Sea in Norfolk, UK. All colour pics are using the Streetwise Lut by Emily Lowrey, from the Lumix app. The black and white are taken with the basic Leica Monochrome setting. Minimal cropping and straightening in Lightroom but otherwise all SOOC jpgs.

How can I make my SOOC images more crisp?

I love to use LUTs and shoot sooc.

But I notice, that I usually add in Lightroom a touch of Texture and Clarity.

How can I achieve this in Camera with jpeg settings?
