I emailed you regarding a custom order but the response I received was unacceptable. I purchased a 8.75 size ring and received a size 9 instead. I took it to a jeweler to confirm this. I have other rings in 8.75 and knew this one felt looser than the rest. The email response said that since it is a custom order that you can’t do anything. The mistake was on your end not on mine! I will post a picture I took at the jewelers.
I highly advise against purchasing any rings from Luvansh. While their loose lab diamonds seem okay, their jewelry construction and settings are incredibly poor quality. I purchased an eternity band, and the small diamonds constantly come loose, making the ring completely unwearable.
I have already had to send the ring back to be fixed twice. Both times, I only wore the ring for a couple of hours before the diamonds fell right out again. When I received it back after the second repair, four more diamonds immediately fell out.
Totally useless ring. Diamonds itself are fine but don’t buy their setting as they aren’t done well.
