Hi everyone! I’m hoping someone familiar with Manila can help me identify this location.

Does this photo look like the basement parking or motorcycle parking area of Isetann Recto?

I’m particularly curious about the letter “B” on the wall and the general appearance of the parking area.

Could this be Isetann Recto, or does it look more like a hotel parking area or another establishment nearby?

I’d appreciate any help from people familiar with the area. Thank you!
