Grabe, sobrang init lately, tapos parang ang dami pang pinuputol na puno.

After work, gusto ko lang sana mag-relax somewhere na medyo malamig kahit papano with my portable fan.

May alam ba kayong green spaces around Manila? Yung pwede tambayan, chill lang, kahit simple park or open area with trees.

Preferably free sana any recommendations?

SALEX is a shoreline expressway and skyway in one--40.65 kilometers long. For comparison, the dreaded Pasig River Expressway is 19.37 kilometers. Both projects are from San Miguel Corporation.

Many are surprised upon seeing big trees cut down along Quirino Avenue, most especially those who are living within the neighborhood. It is a great question as to why the immediate stakeholders aren't fully informed about this horrific destruction and expressway project.

This project was officially approved three days before the end of former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte's term: June 27, 2022 as per Toll Regulatory Board. The only recent information provided in their website since March 10, 2023 is that it had ongoing application to DENR's Environmental Compliance Certificate, yet no further updates since, giving no transparency to the Filipino public.

Dear government, we need answers.

Nag tataka lang ako kasi kakatapos lang niyan diba? Nasisira ba talaga or ibang part yung ngayon? Ang hirap kasing hindi isipin na baka kulang ba yung basura collection at food park fees para sa bayarin nilang mga maluluho since isang term silang so-called walang kubra.

Overall, the dining experience was underwhelming. Aside from the xiaolongbao, most of the dishes felt very generic and lacked anything distinctive that would justify the hype or pricing. Many of the items tasted like something you could easily get from a typical Chinese or Taiwanese restaurant elsewhere, but at a much more reasonable price point. The menu did not leave a strong impression and lacked the originality or refinement expected from a place with this level of popularity. 3/5⭐⭐⭐

The ambiance was another disappointing aspect. The restaurant felt cramped, crowded, and excessively noisy, making it difficult to enjoy conversations or have a relaxed dining experience. Tables were placed too close together, leaving very little sense of privacy since nearby diners could easily overhear each other’s conversations. Rather than feeling warm and lively, the environment came across as chaotic and uncomfortable. 1/5⭐

Service was efficient, but the pacing felt rushed. Staff members cleared plates and items from the table too quickly, which unintentionally created pressure to finish eating immediately. While attentiveness is appreciated, the overall approach made the dining experience feel more transactional than hospitable. 4/5⭐⭐⭐⭐
