Surfacturation ?

Bonjour, Je suis sur le point d'acheter une MG4 Urban et le concessionnaire dans les frais optionnels du Pack de Livraison a noté carte de recharge MG à 15€, qui n'est qu'une carte Charge Map au même prix et sûrement même conditions.

Et surtout un " câble domestique" à 390€.

Alors je comprends qu'il ne marge pas sur le véhicule qui lui est au bon prix, mais quand même, je pensais que le câble était offert !

Bref, est ce que pour vous c'est normal et vous avez eu les mêmes surcoûts ?

Le câble à ce prix là est-il au moins de bonne qualité et prend les 16A?

Is MG Hybrid Good?

Really looking into full HEV's today.

What caught my fancy is the MG3 Hybrid plus.
It has way too much power than any other hybrids in its category. Parang nawawalang bisa ang mga CVT ng sedans and subcompacts na ICE.

Wanted to ask any MG Hybrid owners (kahit hindi MG3 hybrid) out there if sulit ba talaga ito considering I want to keep it more than 5 years?

Any thoughts?

Apple play error

Hi guys

Have an mg4 trophy long range. Got a wireless dongle for apply CarPlay worked well for 6 months. Skipped a song today and since I did it the album artwork doesn’t link up properly, it always shows the previous songs artwork, song title, album etc

I’ve taken the dongle out, disconnected and reconnected it to my phones Bluetooth, reset the infotainment system
Still doing it and it’s really annoying

Any advice would be appreciated :)

What's that knob sticking out of the steering wheel column?

Hi All. What is this? I don't see any of the youtuber reviewers ever discussing it.

**UPDATE** Ok ,learned this is called Advanced Driver Distraction Warning (ADDW) system, which is mandated by the EU and other countries. Very lame and definitely nanny state control imo. It amazes me how little this has been discussed and not mentioned in reviews and all the hype videos about cars online. Even how little it appears in Reddit, so adding this update here will add one more hit to the search results when searching for it. thanks all for the input on this.

Just got an update for the app. Does anyone know what points 1 and 3 are? I can't see any differences in the app itself.

I'm living in hope that a pre-condotion timer for the climate might appear at some point.

MG ZS EV (Aug 2016) sudden death.

Valet just got the car for me in front of my workplace entrance and when i started after 10 mins CAR IS DEAD.

Tried fiddling with the gear knob and system blinked once and car shifted to driving mode and died again.

So system dead but its moving ahead slowly. Had to out rocks to stop it until RSA arrived anf took the car after few hours.

I get a call next day from service centre saying the steering is locked and car wont be accessible to diagnose the problem as the RSA has jump started the EV. And now they say one week for the steering part to arrive.

☝️ Am i eligible for some compensation as the RSA was sent my MG itself.??

I drive atleast 40 kms everyday and cabs/ autos are killing me now.

MG provided the RSA itself.

Water on MG4

My MG4 (white) is usually parked next to the 13 year old red Toyota my wife uses. When it has rained, I notice that my wife's car dries up rather quickly, while the water remains on my MG4.

I have used Turtle Wax seal & shine on my car. The wife doesn't use any products on her car, except for an occasional visit to the carwash.

Am I doing something wrong?

MG5 2021 long range- noisy!

Hi everyone. I have noticed my MG5 becoming much noiser than normal. Yes, I am aware they are far from quiet, but this is noticeably louder. It's not a crushing or grinding noise...more louder motor noise. Could it be a wheel bearing? No faults on the dashboard and it's driving normally.

MG4 wipers

Hi! I just bought second hand MG4 2023 Luxury. I have a problem with wipers. The left wiper goes too far left (slightly off the window). Is there any way to fix it?
