Never forget who betrayed the most basic of principles during wartime

Really, there’s over a hundred countries on earth right now that aren’t pillaging and raping in an attempt of conquest. You couldn’t have gone anywhere else? I’m so tired of these foreign agents. Let them all move away to russia or wherever, since clearly they don’t like western democracy.

Opinion poll on the politics of MMA fans

Most people think MMA fans are Republicans. The data says otherwise.

The White House hosted a UFC fight on the South Lawn on Sunday, staging one of the fastest-growing sports in the world on a politically charged backdrop. Whatever you think of the fight, it’s worth remembering that there is no such thing as a partisan fanbase in the United States. The fans of every major sport are split nearly evenly between Democrats, Republicans, and Independents.

Given the highly politicized fight, it’s easy to assume that MMA fans lean heavily Republican. In reality, MMA fans are split nearly evenly: 33 percent Democrat, 29 percent Republican, and 31 percent Independent. The fanbase looks a lot like the country.

That pattern holds across nearly every major sport. A nearly-equal share of Democrats, Republicans, and Independents make up the fanbases of the NFL, NBA, MLB, college football and basketball, and international soccer.

Even the two outliers, NASCAR (41% Republican) and WNBA (45% Democrat), are less lopsided than most people might assume.

any mma commentary/gaming channels that are leftist/left-wing?

given the existence of this subreddit, it shouldn’t be a surprise that all the popular mma youtubers are right-wing as far as i know. any channels you guys know of that are left-wing, even by US political standards? would like to watch somebody who isn’t a POS, thanks!

Do you think there’s a chance that Conor and Khabib will reconcile at some point in the future?

Shameless behaviour regarding Poirier

UFC Eurasia posting this fight in light of Porier’s recent actions is such a blatant attempt to cash in on a man’s lowest public moment.
Every day, this organization finds newer ways to disappoint.

I’ve just realised another reason why Russian fighters weren’t allowed at the Whitehouse card lol

Imagine the live band having to perform Khamzat’s Chechen rebel walkout song at the WHITEHOUSE.. or even someone like Movsar Evloev’s walkout music lol it just wouldn’t happen. MAGA and America firsters would want revolution TODAY.

Khamzat’s in particular would probably cause some kind of international incident given who made it and why.

Also aside from Russia if we branch into specifically muslim fighters, also imagine the band being told to perform Belal Muhammad’s walkout song. They’d probably refuse to do it

Could Dustin have beat up the cop that drunk?

We all saw the video where he challenged the cop

Let’s assume the cop is similar size with little to no training and didn‘t use weapons.

Could he have still easily beaten him up that drunk?

My gut say yes - but it would have taken some time and been sloppy (he was clearly drunk as hell)

Thoughts?

Do you think Hokit's ”Big Mike" comment at Freedom 250 was subversion?

Let's sidestep opinions on whether or not the comment was disgusting, funny, hateful, or just edgy to build his brand. Putting all that aside, what do you think motivated it?

Subversion is when you infiltrate a system and fuck it up from the inside. Trump uses the UFC to rehabilitate his image. Millions of dollars were spent, hundreds of millions of people either tuned in or were aware of it via news coverage. Hokit dropping that line is akin to saying "just in case y'all forgot what MAGA is, here's a reminder".

You think Hokit trolled the MAGA/UFC during what was their finest hour on purpose? Or he's just doing a weaker version of Colby Convington's schtick?
