Mova P10 Pro Ultra Unboxing and 6 month review!

I will preface this by saying this is not a sponsored post. I purchased this machine with my own money and I’m not receiving compensation for providing this review.

Now with that out of the way, I will say right off the bat I am absolutely blown away by this machine!

After owning it for over 6 months now, I could never go back to just a weekly maintenance vacuum. My floors have never been cleaner, without any of the same work or time commitment. It still functions the same as day one with daily runs. The only maintenance I do is maybe monthly cleans of the onboard filter and dirt box and roller (when I remember) and when the app gives me reminders.

I had previously owned a robot vacuum years ago from a different brand and ultimately stopped using it due to it constantly getting stuck and the effort it took to constantly empty and maintain it. After seeing a few videos online of the p10pu in action, I decided to give a robot vacuum another shot and WOW has it ever been a game changer! No getting stuck, it mops, does edge and corner cleaning, it doesn’t bother my pets, it self cleans, self empties and has been an absolute powerhouse in our home. The list goes on, and the crazy part is this is one of their entry level devices!

I absolutely love the extendible mop and brush, with my vacuum to get that close to the baseboards I had to risk scratching them or go super slow.

Long gone are the days of robot vacuums crashing into everything and getting stuck. We don’t clear our floor before running it really and haven’t had any issues.

Based on my experience alone I would definitely recommend this machine! I can’t speak to how their customer service is as mine has never had issues, but I hope with their 3 year guarantee, (even if I have to jump through some hoops) I should be able to have a working machine for at least 3 years.

If you could benefit from the extra suction power or the extra threshold clearance of the newer / upgraded models or premium models, I’m guessing those are fantastic too, but for the price, the p10pu is an absolute powerhouse already and does a way better job cleaning than I ever could. It may no longer be the latest and greatest with all the innovation coming out of the industry, but it still exceeds all my expectations.

As a bonus perk, just through Mova’s promotions alone (live streams, coupons, points system, wheel spins, email subscriptions etc.) I have been able to get most of the accessories and consumables for free or at huge discounts.

11/10 would recommend!

Happy cleaning! ✨

Dock full of dirty water

I've had Mova p10 pro ultra for a week now. I tried the mop function and I noticed the base is full of dirty water. I cannot get it to drain the water. How do I get it so the dirty water doesn't sit there

Roller stopped rotating & awful customer service

I hope I can get some help here. The roller on my Z60 Ultra Complete has stopped spinning. It gets dampened but is simply dragged along. This leaves streaks on the floor, and during the drying process, it continuously dries only one specific spot while the rest of the roller remains wet.

I sent the vacuum cleaner in for repair and waited over a month. At some point, they stopped replying to my emails altogether. Eventually, the robot was returned to me, and unbelievably, it seems all they did was place a new roller on top of the box—nothing else was fixed. Why do I think that? The robot was packaged exactly the way I sent it. Even the crumpled paper I used as makeshift padding was still inside. All the cleaning cloths were still in the water tank. They didn't spend a single second looking at the robot.

And now it’s still not working. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can fix it myself? I am incredibly disappointed with Mova.

Z60 is a disaster on carpet

I’ve had the Z60 Ultra Complete for a week now, and the way it behaves on carpets is honestly embarrassing for a device in this price range (and I know I’m not the only one facing this). On every single carpet, it just gets stuck for 30 to 40 minutes, doing absolutely nothing except moving slightly back and forth and constantly ramping the suction power up and down. I’ve already done a complete factory reset and tried every single carpet setting available. Does anyone know what Amazon’s return policy is for a case like this? I don’t think the hardware itself is defective, because the rest of the navigation works perfectly. It just seems like a software issue that they don’t have under control.

Mold Issues

Anyone else have mold that grows on the clean water supply tube. To be quite honest I don’t use my P10 to mop all that often. Typically, I have a vacuum daily but only mop on the weekends so I don’t fill the water all that often. I assume that’s the reason but just wondering if anybody else is have this issue? I also noticed a bit around the top seal of the container.

Best way to clean V50

We have a V50 and whenever it mops it stinks. I’ve changed the mop pads and cleaned the fresh water tank but it’s making my whole house smell.

What’s the best way to stop it from smelling?

Z70 Ultra Roller Mapping Issues

Brand new out of box. Was working for 1 or 2 hrs and suddenly keeps creating new map so I deleted map and tried recreating and never had a successful map created. Tried factory reset and sensor cleaned also. What the hell is wrong with Mova. My Z60 Ultra Mop attachment broke twice that's why I opt to top up and upgrade to Z70 and this new model is worst. Can't even work out of box. 🤣

The third one is from Roborock which is so reliable and never fails me.. it is supposed to look like that..

Another Z60 with the Mop issues

Ive cleaned it inside and out, factory reset it, replaced the brush. Nothing else I can do. Sometimes will go for 5 minutes, Sometimes for about 30 seconds. Resume and it works no issues until it decides to stop again. Incredibly frustrating.

My experience switching from roborock to mova

Roborock lasted me about 3 years before the navigation started just falling apart, constantly stuck between chair legs, dock returns failing for no reason. Tried dealing with their support but the whole process dragged forever, so I just want to grab a new one.

Switched to mova v50 last month (just a dad's recommendation). So far, a few things I've noticed:

Pros:

Navigation's way more solid now, zero stuck incidents despite our place being packed with furniture. Carpet/floor transition just work. Carpet cleaning's actually better, my old roborock needed two passes, this one nails it in one.

Support's been quick too. Had a question week one, got a same day reply. It also 3-year warranty instead of 1 before, which feels more reassuring.

cons:

It got confused by my floor length curtains during the first mapping run.

The app took me a little while to get used to.

Only two months in so take it with a grain of salt, will update after 6 months.

Mova Z60 Roller Ultra Complete 3 month review

Hello everyone, this is my first review post of any sort. I hope you find this useful.

A bit of context: I got my first robot vacuum back in 2020, which was a Roborock S5 Max. This lasted me for one year. The only reason it got swapped was that someone bought it from me, so I upgraded to the S7. This robot is still with me, but it lacks a lot of the modern flagship features. Plus, the mopping bracket is coming apart.

Naturally, I started going on Reddit and YouTube to look for reviews on the best of the best. I watched many YouTube videos comparing models, breaking down maintenance, and so forth.

I ended up purchasing the Dreame L40S Ultra AE. The setup was quite easy; it came with the TriCut brush, etc. It did a good job at vacuuming, but the mopping pads (something new for me) were lacking. Transitioning from a vibrating pad to rotating pads, I expected much better cleaning efficiency, but this wasn't it. When it extended the arm, it would leave a 1-inch gap that wasn't mopped until it came back around, so streaks would show as the seconds passed. The dealbreaker was the dock. Washing the pads was incredibly loud! (On this note, not a single YouTube reviewer ever mentions how loud the dock is when cleaning the pads; they only focus on the vacuum). I submitted a return to Amazon.

I went back to the videos and sites and placed an order for the Roborock Saros 10R. Since I already had a Roborock and it worked perfectly, I figured it would be the best option. (I got it in October 2025, just a couple of months after its release). Everything worked as it should—except the extending pad. Sometimes it wouldn't extend even after messing around with the settings. I had the same problem with the mopping lines, and the dock was extremely loud when sucking up water from the tray to clean the pads. I returned it in less than a month.

Finally, I had almost given up. I figured I would just wait until something new came out, or maybe I was just expecting too much from these vacuums and their advertising. I figured perhaps a roller mop would suffice. The Mova Z60 Ultra Roller caught my attention over other roller mops. I placed the order in March of this year, and I have had it running non-stop. Currently, I'm at 8,300 minutes used across 118 cycles. It meets my expectations for its mopping capabilities—it extends the roller when it should. When it's vacuuming only, it's really quiet; when it mops, there's just the small noise of the rotating roller. BUT WHEN IT DOCKS AND CLEANS, IT IS MUCH LESS NOISY! I leave it running late at night, and even though we are light sleepers, it never wakes us up.

I believe this vacuum meets a lot of my needs, but it's not perfect, I must admit. I love that it drops down to only 96mm when the LiDAR hides, but I hate that it cleans everything else first (to keep the LiDAR out) and then goes back to clean underneath things. I believe this affects its ability to properly clean under my bed, at least. I have a bed frame and an adjustable bed as well, so needless to say, there are a lot of stands under my bed. It should still be easy enough to navigate (my S7 used to do it with no camera), but the Mova gets stuck even with its little flashlight.

I've even installed under-bed lights and run an automation so that when the vacuum is cleaning the bedroom, all the lights turn on to help it see. Even with this, it gets stuck and is unable to clean. It spends a lot of time and battery adjusting and relocating. One time, it even extended the map, thinking it was in another section of the room! I've sent feedback to Mova via the app to figure out if it's an issue due to my carpet style or if a firmware update would fix it.

One final thing to mention is that with Mova, I received an extra vacuum roller, extra mop rollers, extra side brushes, extra dirt bags, filters, and cleaning solution. Neither Roborock nor Dreame offered these—only extra dirt bags, if I remember correctly. So, this was a massive plus, along with the 3-year warranty.

If you read all of this, thank you for your time. Do your research based on your specific needs, but definitely give this vacuum a try.

My crapy experience with MOVA

I bought a p50 ultra whatever the name is on amazon in april, may 20th the robot starts making a very loud noise and I called mova, they sent me a label to send it to them and they received my unit "fixed it" and sent it back.

Welp my issue was with the motor, what they sent me, could not even find the dock station, the sensors were all dead. I called them and told me since it was their fucked up I could A. send the unit again for another repair or B. get a refurbished and I went with B. to avoid any back and forth. Boy was I wrong, they sent me a very used unit that smelled, my dog was parked in front of that vacuum smelling it, it came with the el cheapo rubber brush not the tricut and it was in very rough shape, scratches everywhere underneath the box where the vacuum came had a dent on top. So I called them and told them this would be the 3rd repair, making it a lemon, I want either a new unit or my original unit. They agreed to replace it with a new one and in the email they go like "we are doing you a solid, please do not divulge this" BITCH you sold me a fucking lemon!

So 1 week later after they received the refurbished unit already, I still do not have my vacuum and it has been a month already since I sent it first for repairs.

I do not want to deal with this shody company anymore, I have the emails and everything if amazon does not reimburse my money, my bank will.

Just get a normal Dyson and do the cleaning yourself, you save the headache and do your cardio

Mova keeps pausing cleaning cycle

I have my Mova V 50 vacuum cleaning daily. The thing is it pauses the cleaning process every day so when I come home only 20% of the house is cleaned. I can manually click resume, but I don’t know why it keeps pausing mid cleaning cycle.

E50 Pro Ultra

Been looking at upgrading to a new robot vacuum. In Malaysia, we have the Xiaomi H50 Pro for about USD280 but the Mova E50 Pro just went on sale for about USD260, originally over USD330.

I am used to the Xiaomi App, as lots of home stuff is Xiaomi based. I’m always willing to change to a new brand but I am always hesitant after being brand loyal for multiple years. Additionally, it does seem the Mova E50 Pro Ultra is a better robot vacuum based on specs, and I have heard that they do make XiaoMi robot vacuums anyways.

I basically need something that can last me at least 2 solid years. I know Xiaomi can do that but since Mova is the better product on paper, I’d love advice.

Post-grooming mess? No problem 🐶✂️

After trimming my dog’s nails, I had clippings and hair everywhere. Sent out the MOVA V50 Ultra Complete, and it handled it all without hesitation.

With strong suction, smart navigation, and automatic dust collection, it picked up everything, even the larger nail clippings, and went right back to the dock like nothing happened.

This is the kind of cleanup you don’t have to think about anymore.

Upgrade your Mova P10 Pro Ultra with the tricut brush in minutes!

Pro tip: Swapping the brush-head is a super easy way to upgrade your Mova P10 Pro Ultra from a powerhouse to an absolute BEAST in under 2 minutes! The standard rubber brush works well, but I found with the amount of pet hair in my house, the brush-head needed to be cleared out every few weeks. The tricut brush works wonders for pet hair and other debris that normally would get tangled around the brush head overtime. I’ve had mine installed for roughly 6 months now and couldn’t be happier with the results!

I’ve noticed the tricut heads go on sale every so often on the Mova website, and are currently 29% off. Stacked with their live stream subscription offer (15$), it brings it down to ~30$ cad with free shipping which isn’t a bad deal at all!

Happy cleaning!

Mova v50 Ultra get's trapped below my bed

Hey there,

with Lidar retracted, the Mova can get below my bed, but it won't go there for some reason. If I steer it manually there, it's fine, and when I start cleaning below, it does that. But it thinks the bed is a "room" and it gets stuck within. What can I do? Roborock went there without issue even though it's a bit higher.

Pet 💩

Ive had the P10 pro for a year now. And I love it. But I have two HUGE complaints/questions.
1-It randomly doesn’t empty the dustbin into the bag, despite the bag being not full. Whyyy
2-And this is the kicker. WHY CANT IT DETECT PET 💩 AND AVOID IT!!!! This is my third time have to spend hours trying to clean the 💩 out of all cervices of this vacuum.

Brand new Z60 not auto emptying and not dispensing cleaning solution

This is extremely frustrating. I bought a v50 that didn’t work properly (would not dispense water no matter what) and returned it and replaced it with a z60 ultra complete. I’ve used it about 20 times running at night and I just noticed that the detergent tanks are completely full. It never used any detergent despite the settings being on to use detergent.

In addition, I checked the dust bag in the base and it was empty. I then checked the container in the robot and saw it was jam packed. It never emptied. I had noticed that it seemed like there was a lot of debris on my floors in the corner and just figured it wasn’t doing a good job getting to the corners. Turns out, the robot has just been pushing dirt and debris to the corners this whole time.

We have cleaners come twice a month so it masked the problem but I’m incredibly frustrated with yet another malfunctioning Mova unit. Anyone else have this issue and able to fix it? I don’t have the box anymore and don’t want to deal with sending it back. Unit is only like 2 months old.

Edit: just checked the app and it’s cleaned a total of 23 times with the first cleaning at the end of April.
